Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the condo’s location and proximity to the slopes—that really is one of the best parts of staying there. I sincerely apologize that we did not respond promptly regarding the ski lockers. I completely understand how important that amenity is, especially when it’s a key reason for choosing a property. We are addressing the locker issue with our team to ensure it’s clearly labeled and fully functional for future guests, and we’re also reviewing our communication procedures so requests are handled more quickly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience on your next stay.

Diana thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We appreciate your feedback and positive comments. We are pleased that you enjoyed your Soaring Eagle 110 lodging. I apologize for the WiFi, we are at the mercy of the service provider, during your stay, there were several outages all over the mountain. We realize how frustrating and inconvenient it can be when WiFi is out or slow. We hope to see you again in the future. -Linda Casago Snowshoe

We enjoyed having Quinton as out guest. We hope to see him again in the future. Casago Snowshoe - Linda
