My late great brother Richard was already living in St. Augustine at the time and had fallen in love with the charm of the city and the people. We were looking for a property that we felt had a certain appeal about it as well as parking spaces for our guests. When we came across this location we knew this was the one. Thru much continued hard work we have transformed what was just a duplex which was very outdated to an updated Vacation rental while still trying to keep the old world ambiance about the place by keeping the original floors (in the main living area) and high ceilings with ceiling fans.

We chose this property because the cottages sat behind the main house and in addition to that it offered parking in the rear. The first thing you will notice when you walk in are the 11 ft. high ceilings making the place seem very open. Prior to walking into the unit you enter thru a screened in Porch. With all the lush landscaping there is just a certain serenity that can't be described but must be EXPERIENCED.
