Walk outside to Adirondack rockers, and step down to the patio with a smoker grill. Enjoy the peace and quiet this quaint neighborhood provides under the canopy of 100-year-old oak trees. A perfect place to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing or hitting the beach.

i can't say enough of how happy we were to stay here! Close to everything, morning coffee right around the corner. Restaurant right down the street, short walk to downtown, shoppes and attractions! Check-in was easy.Everywhere was dog friendly! And most importantly, the place was spotless and perfect for a getaway. Would definately stay again!

What a wonderful little property close to both Historic downtown and only 2 miles from the beach! Our pups loved walking on the beach every morning and exploring town in the evening. Magnolia street is beautiful and is only 1/2 block away.

This location truly cannot be beat!! You’re steps from the Old jail/ trolley and from The Fountain of Youth park. Quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Managed to pack in so much because the location!!!The house was nicely decorated and well-appointed! The entrance is in the back which was a little confusing but only when we first arrived. It was wonderful coming back to a cold place after the humidity! I do wish the bed had a mattress topper as it’s a bit firm.

Great location. You can walk around the corner to get on the trolley and the old jail or the Fountain of Youth. Very clean. Great AC, shower and bed. Highly recommend this host! Thank you for the birthday decoration!

A little piece of heaven

Perfect property in a perfect location! Around the corner from Magnolia Ave, cited as one of the top 10 most beautiful streets in America! Within walking distance of so many attractions including the Fountain of Youth. Meghan, your host, is very attentive, organized and accommodating! I highly recommend this jewel of a property!

St. Augustine Cottage

Close to Fountain of Youth, near, plenty of room for two with a pull out couch for child if needed, and close to everything. The public parking deck is five dollars down from 20 after 5:00. We drove to North Beach and ate at Caps and The Reef with fantastic views. Harry’s is always good- ordered the red fish with crab and Ribeye with shrimp. Casa Maya fabulous and enjoyed Reuben Rolls late at the Irish place. The Greek Orthodox museum is free- a lot to do.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 20th anniversary! We were able to walk downtown and or Uber cheaply around town. The beach was also close and a few minutes drive! Exceptionally clean and cute! Perfect for 2! Really enjoyed our time there! Hope to return sometime!

Great little cottage apartment in a perfect location for old town St. Augustine.

Perfect location to discover all things old town St. Augustine. Just a block away from trolly tours but most everthing is walkable. The cottage apartment was delightfull with a fabulous bathroom (loved the shower) and bedroom. The kitchen was cute and functional with a fridge and hot plate. There were no onsite laundry facilities but the Lighthouse Laundry 2 miles away near the beaches was not a bad option! A definite recomend!!

Anniversary time

Me and my husband had a great time in St Augustine. This property is right in center of all attractions this made it very easy to get around without the headache of parking the car. Its extremely clean and Meghan is so friendly and helpful. This will be our go to property when we come back.

My 30th Birthday Retreat

My husband, cat, and I stayed here for my 30th birthday and it was such a comfortable, cozy stay! We absolutely loved seeing the peacocks in the property! And the fact that it was pet friendly was purrrrfect!! Would totally stay here again!
