Great Gatlinburg location

This apartment is very comfortable and well maintained, and nice that it has parking. It’s an easy walk to the main parkway. The Vacasa check-in was easy with the door codes sent straight to my phone. I’d stay here if I was coming back to Gatlinburg again.

Very nice room

This was a very nice condo. The rooms were clean, I liked that the refrigerator had an ice maker. The sofas reclined and that was a must for us. It was an enjoyable stay.

Great Getaway

Had an amazing time, room was super clean and spacious with all amenities we needed and close enough to the parkway that made it an easy walk each day and didn't have to drive anywhere. Very good price for the stay also.

Fantastic property

Absolutely loved the condo and property. It was clean and spacious, great outdoor pool area. Location was perfect, close enough to walk to main strip but was quiet around the property. Would absolutely stay here again.

Conveniently located to the strip

We stayed here for a dance competition located at the convention center. We were very impressed with how clean and spacious the condo was. We loved the convenience of being so close to the strip, we hardly moved our truck the whole week!

Loved this place!

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. We walked everywhere. We used the pool, workout room, and hot tubs. Loved the decor also. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a wonderful vacation. This condo is very comfortable and clean. The pool is nice to have a dip in. This condo is in a great location, easy access to bypass the town and get to the motor trails. Easy walk to the village shops. Lovely times as always.

Home away from home

I always enjoy my stay at the Baskin Creek Condos. The rooms are always amazing and the location to downtown is the best. I’ve been staying at Baskin Creek ever since they opened the doors from the beginning. If I can’t get a reservation at this complex I don’t come down to Gatlinburg

Much needed getaway

Loved the close proximity to town and the ability to walk. The condo was comfortable and clean. My only complaint was that I was under the assumption the pool and hot tub would be opened. It was spring break for us and we were looking forward to some rest and relaxation in the sun.

Great condo!

Wonderfully, clean condo in a very convenient location. We really enjoyed walking down to the Gatlinburg strip and back. For our family of five, it was great that everyone had a bed to sleep in (and not a pull out sofa) and the condo was spacious so we weren't cramped. We utilized the kitchen a little for a few quick meals and it was very well stocked for our needs. We appreciated the dish soap/detergent starter sets. It was great to do a quick load of laundry before heading home too. Would definitely visit and use again!

Great condo

Condo was clean, updated and in a good location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked nicely if you wanted to make a meal. Toaster could use updating, bagels/toast needed to be manually popped up, but it toasted. ( just don’t walk away) My only complaint is that bedrooms especially Master could use some curtains. The outdoor lights from the neighboring hotels would light up the bedroom at night even with the blinds.

Never disappoints!

I have had stayed in 3 different units at Baskins Creek Condos. Pricing is very reasonable for the amenities you get with this facility. I am just always so amazed at the cleanliness of not only the units, but the ENTIRE property! ...even the parking area! This is an ideal location. Eventhough it's only 1 block back from the main Gatlinburg drag, it has sense of seclusion. Very quiet and peaceful. Being a single woman who loves to travel, I feel very safe on this property. Bottom line... I love staying at Baskins Creek Condos and will continue to do so!

Our perfect place in Gatlinburg

This was our first time in Gatlinburg. We were looking for a cabin, but because of the time of travel and the people on our party, it was too limited. I found Baskins Creek condos in my search lots of time. I review them and found them pretty attractive, close to Downtown (you can make a walk to the strip whiting minutes), have all the amenities and beautiful views! We love the space, it was just perfect for our stay. Everything works fine and we didn't have any issue or problem, as I say, it was the perfect place for us. We have just arrive home, and we are planning on coming back!

Overpriced

The location was great. The condo was spacious. It was relatively clean except for the toilets. There was a black ring around the toilets. The dryer did not work so we were forced to air dry towels and clothes. We reported the broken dryer but no one ever showed up to fix it. The screen on the sliding door was broken so we couldn't use it otherwise bugs would fly in. We didn't bother reporting it since no one showed up for the dryer. Parking was great. Balcony has partial mountain view but also overlooks a crappy motel/hotel next door. It was nice for the location and space but incredibly overpriced.
