Holiday Getaway

The condo was very clean and surprisingly there was nice amount of guest amenities i.e., trash bag, dish soap, detergent etc to get you started. Each sleeping area had a big screen TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, air fryer, coffe maker utensils etc. The cond was well equipped with everything we needed and more! I would definitely recommend staying here!! And it was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants!

Dance Competition Stay

We chose Baskins Creek as our home base during a dance competition over the holiday week. We were close to everything. The property is well maintained. I do wish that there was a larger cutting board and plastic options for glasses/plates. Our kids are older, but the plates are heavy! We did have to call maintenance to service the dryer while we were there. They were prompt and fixed the issue within a day. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you!

Grad weekend

A couple days of fun for my new graduate and her bestie and us moms. Close to main road of downtown Gat., which makes walking there easy. Nice condo.

Great choice!

This unit was easily accessible from the parking lot. There were carts waiting by the elevator, making it easier to take our things upstairs. The unit has a balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub. The pool area was clean with lounge chairs and pool towels available. The unit was spacious and well-equipped, and the building is about 1.5 blocks from the main street with all the shops and attractions. We had a minor issue with the unit, which was promptly responded to by the management. Overall a great place, which I would pick again.

Great Stay

A beautiful place, easy access and secured. Close to downtown, and we walked alot. My grandkids loved the pool and hottub, made their stay. The condo was so well equipped with everything you would need. The balcony overlooked the pool and enough seats was provided for all 5 of us. Everything was so clean and took care of. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Well maintained and well managed property. The only inconvenience was the absence around the clock manned front desk. It would have been quite helpful to have someone around at least till 9 pm. Small maintenance problems were left unaddressed. General warning: while this is not a fault of this particular property, the park and vicinity has been overcrowded. This became the dominant impression of the stay.

Vacation in Gatlinburg.

Baskin Creek Condos are in a perfect location. You can walk to everything in downtown Gatlinburg in a matter of minutes. Our stay in 204 was just wonderful. One of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in regardless of the location. Thank you Papa Hank!

Great space!

This was a perfect fit for our family of 4 with plenty of space! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evenings after a long day. We would stay again!

Clean, convenient and comfortable

Nice accommodations. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Only a 10min walk to the main strip where all the shopping, fun and action is. But, situated in a quiet place away from all the hustle and bustle. You get the best of both worlds. We are planning to rent this unit again. It’s in our travel journal, and well worth the stay.

Gatlinburg condo

This condo was very clean and just the right size for our family of 7! We had enough space and loved that it was close to downtown. Our only complaint was that I had specifically called Vacasa prior to booking to ensure that the pool and hot tub would be open. They confirmed that they would be open and yet neither one was open. That was very frustrating as we love the hot tub in the evenings to soak our sore hiking feet. We would have probably chosen another location if we had know this up front.

Good stay

Everyone loved the welcome gifts. Played cards games with the grandchildren. Loved the balcony. It was enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks for the periodical check to see if we needed anything. We felt so welcome and safe. Have a blessed fall season.
