The listing is deceptive in a number of ways; mostly as it comes up as a place with "parking available." This is so far from the truth. The paid by app parking in front has a 3 HOUR LIMIT! The so called street parking is a joke as it's never available and the lot recommended had no attendant and numerous private/restricted signs. The closest parking I could find was 1.7 km away which meant leaving the car there and using Ubers.
The address is listed as suite #1, but it's up two very steep flights. The first flight has suite #'s 5 & 6. What sense does that make?
Thirdly, the listing claims to sleep 12. This is such an exaggeration, it's laughable. There is a futon in the bedroom, that if folded down, would prevent the people in the second bed from moving without climbing over the bodies of others. There are 7 dinning chairs and sofa room for about 6. Not to mention that the apt is small, has one bathroom and no dishwasher.
Additionally, there is no phone # to reach the hosts, the ice maker in the freezer doesn't work and no ice trays are provided and to watch TV you must have your own streaming service. This was equally confusing as there is no brochure or book of info in the unit even though the sign on the entry door says to refer to it.
There were plenty of bath towels, but one hand towel and one washcloth.
Finally, when I contacted the host via email regarding the parking the response was that I was informed that they did not provide it! The filter should be changed!
