Standard Condo with Mountain Views

The pool and all associated amenities are managed by the building and is subject to guest use based on availability. We do not control closures for cleaning or other maintenance issues. Charge hold of $200 required upon arrival via Boarding pass.

You'll have access to the resort-style recreation deck with a pool, hot tubs, tennis court, BBQ grills, sauna, and more—perfect for fun-filled days when you're not at the beach.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the essentials for easy home-cooked meals. The dining table seats four, and the cozy living area is set up with a flat-screen TV and comfy seating, including a queen-sized Murphy bed for extra guests.

Quick trip to Oahu

This apartment was a great landing place for our stay near Waikiki. The included parking was a bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the Murphy bed was much more comfortable than the usual pull out couch. We used the kitchen and enjoyed the provided coffee each morning on the lanai.

Amazing

I was a little skeptical due to some bad reviews but honestly it’s a really great place to stay if you’re on a budget and need lots of room. The building is a 2 ish minute walk away from the beach and there is so much to do around.

Very clean. Roomy for 4 adults, 3 queen beds and one sofa. Very conveinent location. Elevators are a little slow. I would stay there again.

Space was great. 2 Q needs and a Q wall bed and a sofa. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get rest after long flights. Beds were comfy and sheets and towels were soft. There was a beach umbrella, 2 chairs, and several boogie boards. Carpet has some staining and toilet is difficult to flush but otherwise room is great. Only one blanket in closet and 2 sheet like coverlets on main beds, sheet only on wall bed, (which is odd and inconvenient that each bed doesn't have a blanket) so we flew with blankets, which was less than ideal but worked. Parking Garage layout is funky but so nice to have free, secure parking (with attendant). Sports complex is new and very nice, although my kids were disappointed that there weren't balls available to use there. We definitely couldn't pack those! Room overlooks it and pool.

Ok Stay

The place is big enough for a family. Unfortunately the water did leak onto the floor when we shower and also from the air conditioner onto the deck as other reviewers have mention. Check in process was rough, we were not able to get into our room and had to reach out for assistance which took a lot of time. We would not stay here again for future vacation plan.

overall everything is fine It would be useful to have a few more dishes we only had three cups for tea or coffee so that for four of us we didn't have any plastic dishes to take downstairs to the barbecue and we were given three toilet papers for a two week stay and when we asked for more toilet paper we n were told that we had to pay 25 dollars,

This was the worst experience I have had with a rental. Koko Rentals was awful. The unit sleeps 4 people and they only provided 1 comforter stating additional comforters cost. We had to purchase our own. Then we informed them of a safety issue. The back door did not lock which was concerning traveling with a toddler. When we informed them of this they told us “that’s a personal safety issue not a safety issue according to the state of Hawaii”. We left the unit after 4 days and paid to stay somewhere else because it was awful. Vrbo was great and paid for us 2 nights in a hotel while we relocated because they also were not getting anything back from the owner or property management company. Do not waste your time. Waikiki Banyan is a beautiful property but this rental and property management experience was horrendous.

We would like to clarify that the unit was stocked with the standard bedding for the reserved occupancy, and additional comforters are available for an additional delivery fee. Regarding the sliding door, it was equipped with the standard locking mechanism and met applicable safety requirements. You did not find baby proof accommodations. Our comments were intended to explain the applicable standards, not to dismiss your concerns. Our December/January stay was convenient and easy. Contactless check in to our room and parking (included in room cost) was easy. Quick responses from the resort and clear continuous communication was received. There were enough supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, linens and kitchen necessities etc.) throughout our stay. We grocery shopped and stocked our kitchen with food and snacks for cost efficiency. Our room was clean and had a lot of room. 2 queen beds in the bedroom with privacy sliding pocket doors were firm and comfortable. The murphy bed located in the living room was soft and comfortable. The room also has a balcony with chairs and a table to relax on overlooking the outdoor activities area (pool, hot tub, bbq stations and a court). Closet to hang clothes (a few hangers), and 1 dresser in the living room. We did live out of our suitcases for the week. Luggage racks would be a nice added accessory. Laundry is located on the same floor with a fee. Trash shoot has its own room on your floor to discard throughout your stay. Extremely convenient location, within walking distance to beach, food, zoo and shopping. Bus line is located on the corner if you decide not to rent a car. Resort has a coffee shop and mini-market on site. I would highly recommend staying here. When we travel back I would stay here again.

The property was advertised as ‘newly refurbished’. On arrival the corridor carpet of the building was old and dirty and there was a foul smell. Entering the apartment we found dirty stained carpet, missing outlet covers with exposed plugs, dirty range, toilet that only flushed if you held down the handle, old toilet and bath tub that had large rust areas on it, sliding patio door that came out of its run every time it was opened, noisy old extractor fan, water from the 1 wall AC unit that caused you to slip on the balcony. Beds were rock hard, no WiFi, both the pool and hot tub were closed and out of order until further notice. We tried calling the management company and left 3 messages, no response. They finally called us after we complained to Virbo. We had 4 nights booked, Fri-Tues. on Sunday they called me a 10:30am to tell me we could check out and they would refund us for the Monday night, but as it was 10:30am it was too late to refund the Sunday. We were already out for a day excursion that was paid for and didn’t have time to pack up, rebook somewhere else, so we had to stay the extra night. This property cost a lotper night and the advertising was completely misleading. We could have stayed at the newly built Hyatt for less money, but choose this property as it had three queen beds. I wish we had just sucked it up and shared a bed instead of enduring this dump! VIRBO were the only ones that offered a small reimbursement, the management company didn’t want to know!
