Had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay at Trout Creek. Our toddler loved the pool, playground and all the other amenities. Only complaint was that one morning we lost WiFi connection and reached out to the contact person listed and never heard back. We were able to resolve the issue and it was minor but still would have liked to have heard any sort of response.

Or a number on VRBO? In any case, we are dreadfully sorry that you did not receive the assistance that you needed. Our front desk is available 7 days per week plus we do have an after hours answering service. What time of day did you seek help? I am just trying to get to the bottom of this so that we can be sure that this does not happen again. Perfect weekend!

We loved this condo! The property is beautiful with plenty of trails for walking and exploring. The condo itself was spotless and provided everything we needed. Staff in the front office was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional and the location is great. Quick drive to downtown Harbor Springs and Petoskey with so much to do, yet the complex was far enough away that it was serene and peaceful.

Wonderful stay!

The resort was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything! Nice location! Best eats in the area was Teddy Griffins roadhouse, great food- fish and chips and ribs were awesome! Would visit again. Only thing I would change would be to put some floor grippers in the shower, it was a bit slippery. Overall excellent stay!!

Trout Creek Condominiums

Our family rented the condo for the weekend of the 4th of July. We couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness of the entire place!! I’m a hard one to please, and I don’t have one negative thing to say about our condo! It has everything you need and it is decorated so nicely. It’s a very cozy place! The only recommendation we have is that they put a ceiling light in the downstairs bedroom. Great place to stay and the ladies in the office couldn’t be sweeter! We highly recommend Trout Creek Condo’s! :)

Quick Getaway Weekend

We had two families, 7 people total. This was the perfect size, everyone had space the bathroom set up was great! We played games, went to the pool and enjoyed the area.
