Convenient location to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Kitchen had all the dishes and utensils needed, beds were comfortable, nice backPorch with table and chairs, hosts friendly and responsive. Downside was it really needs a good cleaning, especially the upstairs bathrooms.

This was one of the most well-equipped condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and everything in the condo was comfortable. The location was terrific.

We were looking for a rental with 2 bedrooms with adjoining private baths. Hazel's place was the perfect solution. Situated half-way between Petoskey and Harbor Springs, this condo sits very close to road that connects the two towns. The space was clean and inviting. Although there is no central air, each room has a portable air conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics. There was no soap or shampoo in the showers, but once we bought those supplies we were all set for a great weekend.

In town for a wedding -and we also ride bikes so loved being right on the bike path ! Location is great right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs !!

Pros: Cute place. We were comfortable staying here. Location was convenient when we wanted to visit Harbor Springs, Charlevoix and Mackinac Island. Cons: Surfaces seemed to be wiped off, but we began to notice cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs, and dust accumulated if you happened to move something. Not nasty dirty, just needs a deep clean.

It was a great location, close to where we wanted to visit. We were not a fan of the portable air conditioners, very noisy and made it cramp in the small bedroom. There was plenty of supplies there. Need to have a larger tv in the living room.

It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Petoskey. Very clean and comfortable. Even though it was close to the road it was very quiet.

Great fit

Perfect location between Petosky and Harbor Springs. Close to anything you need recreationally or practically. Host thought of a lot of extras and provided good communication. Bring your own shower supplies. Could use a deep cleaning, but acceptable for this clean mouse. I would gladly rent again.

Great location for us! Quiet area. Hosts have an abundance of supplies! I always bring things but didn’t have too! Plenty of towels, comfy beds and pillows. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Condo was also clean and cozy.

This cute condo is nicely decorated and was just the right size for our family. Note that the second bedroom does not also have a futon; it’s just a queen bed. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach at Petoskey State Park. We found it to be lacking in cleanliness; I wiped down the interior of the fridge as well as the master shower myself and washed some dishes and surfaces in the kitchen. It wasn’t a deal breaker a it just didn’t match our expectations; overall we enjoyed our stay.

Review of Condo

Overall my impression of the property is negative. Not very clean, hair & dead ants on the all the bathroom floors and some on the floor in the living room by the table lamp. Unit could use some overall cleanup & remodeling. No soap & shampoo provided so bring your own. Luckily we did. Good location & quiet are the positives.

Cute well kept townhouse.

Enjoyed staying here for a family wedding in Petosky. Close to anything you needed. Only complaint is the street this townhouse is located is very hard to see at night. Need a sign or arrow or something. Would rent again.

We are empty nesters(who are now retired from Education/Coaching and Real Estate) who love to travel and have been coming to this part of NW Michigan and Lake Michigan since I was a child, to visit my Aunt and cousins. We still have some relatives in the area. We currently live in the Kansas City area and have for over 50 years now. We have always wanted to have a place in the area that we and our married children and 9 grandchildren could enjoy. Besides this condo and the other one we own in here, we also have one in Branson, MO and Ruidoso, NM that we rent out when we or our families are not using them. We have been renting our properties since the first one we bought in Branson in 06.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Being a real estate agent (now retired) I look for location, location, location and we knew as soon as we saw this condo that it had all the features we wanted, but most importantly it was located close to all the places we enjoy. We like being in the trees and backing up to the state park with just a short walk to the Lake Michigan beach. We also prefer a smaller complex with less units that tends to offer a more peaceful stay.
