Trouble free and a fantastic property.

Have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. Perfect location in PCB, spacious unit with all the amenities. The Aqua is always a good stay and this unit was perfect for our stay. We had some friends come down with us and they were very impressed with the unit and the views. Will definitely be coming back to this unit in the future. Warren Beach Rentals was great to deal with and made check in thru check out very easy.

Beautiful Properrty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it is well furnished with a nice spacious layout and was perfect for us and our extended family. The views were spectacular and it is close to everything making it easy to walk to dining and shopping. Highly recommend.

Amazing view and decor!

We really enjoyed the condo! It has wonderful decor and amazing views. Everything about the condo was perfect! The beach was not as nice as Destin, lots of seaweed.

My family has the best time in this 3 room condo!! Gorgeous location and condo!! We had so much fun both inside and out of the condo!!! We have stayed at Aqua many times but this was by far the nicest place! We loved the beach chairs as well!!! We will use this again in the future!!

Beautiful Unit!

We loved our visit in this unit at Aqua! It was by far the prettiest condo we’ve ever stayed in PCB and we have been coming for over 10 years now. We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean and roomy. The property manager went to extra lengths to have the couch cleaned prior to our arrival which was greatly appreciated! The location on the end of the building was great. We've been to Aqua 3 times and this was the best yet.

Aqua 901 was amazing! Exactly as pictured and described. Plenty of bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Noise on the street side was a bit loud but as expected during spring break. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean and tastefully decorated

The condo was newly renovated and very tastefully done. The kitchen was small but exceptionally nice. You definitely get your money’s worth with this condo. I would rent it again.

The room was great and we loved it. However, it needs a deep cleaning. The showers have not been scrubbed in a while.

Great views and great location

We stayed here for 12 days & it was amazing. It was close to everything! We only filled our gas tank once because we were able to walk everywhere! Pier park, Walmart, target, restaurants, things to do were all within a half mile of our location. We had great views from our balcony for the air show. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals when we wanted to stay in.

Family Beach Vacation

Condo was absolutely wonderful, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything from booking to check in was a breeze, only a small issue with garage code upon checking in but was immediately fixed. We have been staying at Aqua for 9 years and I do believe this is now our most favorite condo. My family had the best time and the weather was absolutely beautiful ! We always love our stay at Aqua !
