Barry, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when the internet or the tv does not work properly. When dealing with third-party vendors, such as the internet company, appointment scheduling is beyond our control. Benchmark does everything we can to solve any issues that may arise during your stay. We do not, however, guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor, restrictions from personal computers, or other factors that may lead to interruption of internet service.
