We agree the Beachwood Villas in Seagrove are a great condo complex that offers a great location, two community pools to choose from, and beach access just across the street.. As Beach Access goes the County decides different zones and some zones only allow certain vendors to set up in those general areas. We are sorry to hear this caused an inconvenience for you. Beach rules change quite often and can cause for disappointment at times and that is beyond our control. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
