With complimentary beach service, Gulf-front pool, quick beach access and an incredible central location, BeachCrest is soon to be your favorite 30A vacation destination. 703 features a classic yet modern design aesthetic with all the comforts of home. You'll enjoy the open concept main living area so you're never far from the coastal views. Walk right out on the patio from the main living area or your master retreat. Just some vitamin sea and a Gulf breeze and you'll be in vacation mode in no time.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with TV, private bathroom with shower and balcony access
Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk beds and TV, easy access to full hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in living room pulls out to a full bed

BeachCrest:
You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline, offering private beach access. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Seagrove Beach:
Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

Your stay at BeachCrest 703 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off bad with not able to get into condo 30 minutes early. They told us they had to check the room 1st never happened not my favorite thing to be lied to. The view is amazing the elevator situation not so much. The chair guy was thee nicest guy with detail about the area. The water and the sand made up for a management team that needs some work.

Great condo

This condo was perfect for us. The free beach chairs for the entire building were an added bonus. The beach was not too crowded in this area. We loved the location of this condo building, and this specific condo was nice. The only issue we had was figuring out the door keypad, but the management company was quick to respond on how to use it properly.

Great view, relaxing location

We really enjoyed our stay here & recommend it. As you can see, our pros far outweigh the few minor cons. Pros: balcony view, great location, bike rentals that came with the rental, easy access, all cooking amenities except larger saucepans, quiet Cons: no towel hooks in the primary bathroom other than the one on the shower stall that was right by the toilet, beds & pillows not the most comfortable (but this can be subjective)

Perfect for a small family!

My family of 4 stayed here for the 4th of July, and it was the perfect size for us, 2 Adults and 2 children. We are already planning on staying at Beachcrest again next year! Parking was easy, no long wait times for the elevator and an easy walk down to the beach. It is nice having a private beach and it wasn’t too crowded. My only minor complaint is, I wish there were some type of blackout curtains on the sliding doors to keep the light out early in the mornings. Other than that we loved our condo!

Not dealbreakers but could use some repair in the offseason. The rental company is easy to work with.

Quiet and great location

Located just east of Seaside with all their amenities but without their crowds and heavy traffic. The room was exactly as shown in photos. The beach and beach service (chairs/umbrella) are great. Bunkbeds with 2 roll out beds kept in 2nd bedroom closet, plus there is a pullout couch. Lots of bed options if you have multiple guests. The management company stayed in touch via text throughout our stay, providing check in & check out directions, and to make sure everything with the rental was ok. Only negative is ceiling over the tub in guest bath was in a state of dis-repair, I’m sure caused by steam. Wasn’t an issue with using the shower, was unsightly. All in all we had a great time.

Needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachcrest many times and this was the first time we felt the condo was not up to the usual high standards:Ceiling in guest bath needs repairOverall cleanliness--the condo needs some updatingKitchen floor was dirty and stickyMaster bath glass door was unable to be closed so basically unusableThe weather was amazing while we were there so we didn't let the above complaints ruin our trip but next time we will definitely stay in a different condo

Reviewer Comments: --unit was fairly clean w/floors little sticky. kitchen overhead lite difficult to stay lite as dimmer switch needs replacement. ditto for dining table overhead lite altho it maybe wrong bulbs in fixture. shower/bath water luke warm. no wifi on 7th floor on sunday checkin. no instructions for main tv. not good value for only 2 people.

Great location, inside needs repairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and overall stay were great! The pool and common areas were well maintained. But the state of the inside of the unit, particularly the bathrooms, need repairs. The ceiling in both bathrooms over the showers was peeling off. The master bathroom shower leaks all over the floor. Some cabinet hinges in the guest bathroom and kitchen by the sink didn’t close completely. The laundry door was off of the track. And the dishwasher was hanging out from the counter opening, along with the tile near the dishwasher being cut incorrectly.

Old Unit, Moldy Ceiling

needs an entire overhaul. looks like it may have been updated once maybe 20 year ago. primary bed small and hard, pillows are flat. mold on ceiling in primary bedroom, and in primary bathroom. diswasher works, but cannot understand how it manages to do so. many plugs did not work, and we were wondering why there were so many power strips. seems that was the only way to get power out of some of the plugs. would prefer another unit if i booked here again, preferably no mold, and better sleeping accomodations and linens/pillows.

Amazing location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to be beach front for our vacation and this condo was perfect. Small issues we reported to management were attended to in a timely manner. Nothing that inhibited our stay. It was nice to sit on balcony in the morning and evening to enjoy the ocean. You can't see the entire sunset from this balcony but so easy to enjoy the full sunset from the beach. Only suggestion is some stemless plastic wine/juice glasses. We drank our wine in coffee mugs :)! This location you can walk or bike into Seaside. It is about 1.5miles. We walked down to enjoy Black Bear bread company and a Mimosa from Modica's Market. Also enjoyed Prema which is across the street from this condo. They have Amazing healthy smoothies and bowls. This unit came with 2 chairs and and umbrella as well as credit to rent 2 bikes. So much value with these added benefits! We enjoyed our vacation with Benchmark Management. Thank you!
