Additionally, the comfort level of a bed is usually rather subjective, and we regret that this one did not align with your preferences. Regarding the Wi-Fi, please note that although all our properties have internet access; we do not guarantee internet connectivity due to service being provided by an outside vendor. Sincerely, Benchmark Management UPDATE: Since your stay, we have increased the standard for our cleaners, following those with inspections and calling cleaners back to do the job properly when our standards are not met. The couches have been professionally cleaned more than once since the summer of 2022, and the owners have replaced the appliances and countertops! We'd love to have you back to stay in this unit with a whole new experience.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as we aim to continuously improve our guest experience. It saddens us to hear you were disappointed with your stay. When we received communication from maintenance we were not aware of a portable air conditioner being available. Having no A/c is an urgent matter in our eyes, so we wanted to assist you quickly. We had decided to provide you with the option of moving to another unit or being refunded for the remainder of your stay if you chose to go home as we felt those would be the best options. We were unaware of any issues at the newer unit until you communicated that to us and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and your husband. We can assure you we wanted nothing more that to get your stay back on track. We even extended the discount for the new unit in hopes it'd be an upgrade, but understand it didn't meet expectations either. We always aim to provide guests with 5-star stays.
