Hi Emily, thanks for staying with us at Beachcrest. We are so happy to hear that you found the complex and location great! We absolutely agree as with two community pools and proximity to nearby business places It is hard to top Beachcrest. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that you experienced a number of maintenance issues during your stay. Our team has made the necessary checks and repairs as such these should not be issues for future stays. We have also reached out to the proper parties to have the couch professionally cleaned! In regards to the toilet paper and garbage bag, please note that these are complimentary items provided in our starter-kit. The items in the starter kit are not meant to last for the entire stay. This is outlined to each guest in the guidebook sent one week prior to arrival as well as again on the actual day of arrival. Your comments however have been taken into account! Please know that customer satisfaction means alot to us! We wnat to thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
