Located 350 meters from the seafront, 700 meters from the beach, and 900 meters from the town center, this charming two-bedroom house features an entrance leading into the living/dining room (two sofas, coffee table, TV stand and flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs), an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (extractor hood, sink, gas hob, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and Senseo coffee machine) with an island.
A hallway with a closet leads to a bedroom, the bathroom (walk-in shower, double vanity unit, heated towel rail), a separate toilet, and a utility room (washing machine, sink).
Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe.
From the utility room, you can access bedroom 2: two single beds (80 cm) (trundle beds) and a chest of drawers.
There is also a garage used for bicycle storage. The living room opens onto the back of the house: a pleasant terrace (table, chairs, awning, barbecue) and an enclosed garden. Parking for two cars is available in the front of the house.
