Perfect for summer biking and hiking or winter ski adventures, the condo is conveniently located near Timberline Mountain by Perfect North, Canaan Valley Resort and Conference Center, White Grass Ski Area, Blackwater Falls State Park, Dolly Sods, and more.

Winter note: 4WD or AWD is required in winter months.
All Canaan Realty guests have complimentary access to the privately owned Mirror Lake Recreation Area, featuring fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, biking, and more. Canoes, pedal boats, SUP boards, life jackets, and oars are provided at no additional charge. Sloan-Bear Hideaway is approximately 5 miles from Mirror Lake.
