シーサイドの中心部にある25セントラルスクエアビルディングの3階と4階に位置するこのユニットは、湾のパノラマビューを提供し、自分のバルコニーまたは3つの共有エリアのプライバシーから楽しむことができます。 25セントラルスクエアは、アメリカを代表する2人の建築家、ロドルフォマチャドとホルヘシルベッティが設計した住宅用商業ビルです。 1991年にマサチューセッツデザイン賞、1993年にプログレッシブアーキテクチャ賞を受賞��ました。

Lovely Stay

Excellent location close to all the action

We had a great experience. Primary bedroom and bath is fantastic. 2nd bedroom is a bit on the smaller side , but perfect for 2 13 yr olds. This overlooks the circle so your close to all of the food trucks & shops. Only negative was parking close to the unit since no assigned parking for this place. We got lucky and every time we left we were able to get close. We cheated a little and each time we left we put a cone in the parking space and it worked every time , but once . The place is very clean and interior is well designed with comfy chairs in common area outside unit and on balcony. We even went out to common area to watch the sunset many days.

Reviewer Comments: I've been to Seaside many times and really enjoyed the experience of overlooking Seaside's central amphitheater in this beautiful, well maintained and updated unit. The downstairs is attractive and filled with light. The large bedroom was comfortable. The only potential issue is the steep, narrow set of stairs going from the main living area up to the bedrooms. The bottom few are angled and could use a white stripe on the edge. It's easy to miss the last step on the way down.

Great Condo / Be Mindful of Noise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is perfect for a family of four. The location is fantastic with easy accessibility to the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants. The only downside is the noise at night. Perhaps it was a circumstance specific to the week we rented the unit (late July to early August), but every night sounded like a fraternity party in the circle until past midnight. If you don't mind late night noise, the unit is fantastic. (I would not recommend this unit for anyone with small children or other family members who go to bed early.)

It was more space than needed for 2, but a lot of the one bedroom cottages/condos in Seaside are very tight on space. This was perfect and allowed us to have another couple over for wine before seeing a show at the Lyceum. The views from the balcony and primary bedroom are lovely. The management company was communicative and professional. Thank you!

Great location, beautiful condo

We loved our Seaside vacation. We parked the car and stayed the whole week. Everything you need is steps away, beach, pools, restaurants. Very relaxing vacation. Well stocked condo. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds. Although you are above all the activity at central square the condo is very quiet. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: This experience was everything we hoped it would be from the reservation to the beautiful welcome gift and rental to the experience of staying in the heart of Seaside! We had just a quick walk to the beach or bike rides to the adult pool, not to mention all of the great restaurants, shops and Modicas Market. The rental itself was gorgeous and comfortable and my teenage son loved having his own room and bathroom. Cant wait to stay here again!
