Location was great. Condo was a little dated and not well cared for, the fireplace didn't work. But all things considered, we enjoyed our stay.

Location & views are amazing. Being @ the end of the strip allowed good transportation options, near a trollystop. Cleanliness needs work. Vertical surfaces, grout, caulking need cleaning. Dead bugs behind toilet. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, bathrooms were visibly distressed. 1 roll of 1ply TP in each bathroom, no shampoo. 4 total towels, vents and smoke detector dangling, closets cluttered, furniture worn out/ bedsprings evident through mattress. Kitchen sparse - not even coffee filters or hotel size coffee pods. Great possibilities, great location.

The room had a great view of downtown.and parking. it is a lot of walking for NORMAL people lets face it. We still parked down to get to the attractions. Crazy huh. The room really needed cleaning around baseboards and all over wiped down. I am sure you can look around and do better for the money.

Weekend in Gatlinburg

Hot water didn't last 2 quick showers. Light bulbs in bathroom were out, had to leave the door open. No coffee filters, not a big deal but should tell guests before staying

Was within walking distance to everything just bring good walking shoes. Condo was very outdated but it was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again

Convenient to downtown

Unit 302 is a nice 2-bedroom condo. Main bedroom has view to downtown which is nice. There's a small covered porch with a couple chairs that also looks at downtown. Its not a spectacular view but its nice at night all lit up. Condo has two bedrooms, two baths and a galley kitchen. Kitchen has a bunch of pots/pans and stuff. They even had a coffee maker and coffee for us! Parking was easy enough, no issues. Out daughter arrived in her own car and they even put out a pass for her too. Nice/thank you. Swimming pool was nice and the hot tub did the trick one cool night. Place was quiet when we were there. You can actually walk downtown and back if you are hearty enough. We walked down to Ole Red and back very easily enough. You can actually walk the whole strip if you have the legs for it. Condo had everything we wanted. Its not a luxury unit but the price is good and we weren't in the room much anyways. PS - if you have never been to Gatlinburg this is a great stay to put you in the heart of things. We hiked Grotto Falls one early morning and drove to the trailhead in about 20 minutes time from the condo. So you can be right downtown or out in the boonies. Either way it is convenient.

I did not get my room number or my code to get into the unit had to call several

It said depressed for the pass key code and I tried several times it would not show up had to call the property manager which I didn't get a hold of at a call several different places finally a person of the cleaning people had them

Great location in walking distance

Great location in walking distance to all the things! Clean little place with a great view. Beds were not so comfy but that was the ONLY downfall.

Neighbors are inconsiderate

Nothing wrong with the unit itself. The upstairs unit made it impossible to enjoy our stay. Stomping and running at all hours of the night , scraping their chairs across the floor and there was no sleeping in because they made sure they made enough noise to wake the entire state of TN.

It was a great location with a spectacular view

The only issue was the condo was filthy. The bed linens and towels were very clean but the rest of condo was disgusting. However, Toni was great and she did send someone up immediately to clean the bathrooms and do a light cleaning for us. But the condo needed a thorough deep cleaning and that couldn’t be done with us in the unit. The original unit we booked had issues with heat so we were asked to stay in this unit and that was not a problem bc it was identical to the original unit I booked. After speaking with Toni I am fully confident she had that unit deep cleaned after my departure. Based on my convos with her I would definitely book with her again and even give this unit another chance.

Would recommend

Nice place, little out dated but nice. Furniture could use a replacement. Toilet seat was broken and they replaced within the same day, nice. Great view of Gatlinburg strip, very nice to sit in morning and sip coffee.

Gatlinburg Chateau

The property was as described in the listing. The location is very good for access to Gatlinburg. The view of the mountains from the deck was good. You could also see downtown from the deck. This was pretty impressive at night.
