This 2 bed/2 bath condo is nestled in the hills of the Great Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg TN, Walking distance to downtown with trolley access for shopping and dining. Hard wood flooring throughout, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and dining area that will seat six. Balcony with gorgeous mountain views, ample parking, and seasonal swimming pool. Electric fireplace in living room, mini foosball table, and cable television in living room and master.

*3rd floor, no elevator
The space
Open floor concept condo. Master bedroom has one queen sized bed and second bedroom had a 3-layer bunk bed and a single twin bed (sleeps 4). There is also a futon in the living room.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time at this condo. The bed was AMAZING!! The kids enjoyed the mini foosball table. Would stay here again.

Great location

We we’re very pleased with the condo. Walking distance to downtown and a very short drive to the entrance to the Mountains. Great communication from the host. We we’re allowed to check in early which was great. The unit was clean and very comfortable, looked just like the pictures.

Bear in the parking lot

My family didnt believe me that we could have a bear near us. We had one in the parking lot. It was great. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was nice to use the pool after a long hot day.

Nice long weekend stay

This property was as described. It's a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg, albeit on a steep incline. I rated the check-in process a little low only because the check-in and check-out instructions were not available from VRBO (not sure where the issue was), but I contacted the owner and she got me the information in a timely manner so in the end it wasn't a problem. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Condo was clean and communication with the owner was excellent! Location not too bad. Walk wasn’t bad into town, coming back was a little more strenuous. Slightly outdated but was very clean. Pictures are accurate. View was good. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub since is March.

Nice Place in Gatlinburg

While the condo isn’t quite walking distance to the strip, it’s still a good location if you’re wanting to be in the city. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Just a warning, the stairs can be hard with kids and there is no access to a washer and dryer. There isn’t one advertised, but I unwitting assumed there would still be one haha. Still a good stay!

Nice condo, easy access, good location

Enjoyed our stay. The 3 bunk bed plus one twin bed in one room works best for smaller people. My 13yr. old grandson is 5' 11 and 215, so he slept on futon, but there were no sheets, just extra blankets. I, 66 and 120, pounds slept on bottom bunk but I can sleep on anything. It was quiet there. Nice balcony with 4 chairs, good view. Appliances in kitchen included toaster oven, coffee pod maker, toaster, microwave and stove. We didn't really do

Thanksgiving Trip

We booked this after having another property owner cancel 4 weeks before our Thanksgiving trip. The place was adequate. The biggest disappointment was that the listing stated within walking distance to the main "strip" parkway and it definitely is not. The place worked for a place to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast. The 2nd bedroom bunks are very tight and bottom is like sleeping on the floor. The bunks are definitely not suited to adults. The kitchen is in need of more silverware, we had 5 in our group and only 3 spoons. The table only seats 4 and then additional at the counter. The living area could also use more seating. The place was clean and the owner was wonderful and even let us check in early. Maintenance attention is needed, buy it worked. We enjoyed the area!
