Great location and views

I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of town, especially at night. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went in Gatlinburg which saved time and money on finding parking.

Condo with a view

This is a very nice property with easy access to Gatlinburg. The view from the balcony offers a great view of the city and the surrounding mountains. Our host was very accommodating and took care of all of our needs.

Last minute 2 night stay

Probably is in the perfect location to wark the strip. Condo was perfect for the family with 2 rooms, each with their own bathroom. The view was amazing at night.

My daughter drive the hour from UTK Great weekend Lots to do on the Parkway Very crowded weekend May return in warmer weather Location was perfect Much better than staying in a hotel Roomy Well appointed Nothing fancy But definitely recommend it

Great Location!

The condo is in such a great location! We were able to walk to everything on the Gatlinburg strip. The walk back up to the condo is steep, but definitely doable. The view from the balcony is amazing! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location

This condo was in a great location. Short walk to the strip. Near the aquarium. The room cobdo had a great view of downtown gatlinburg. We definitely be staying again. Patty was wonderful and helpful.

Girls Trip

We chose this condo due to location. It was convenient to be able to walk to the strip and not have to deal with parking. There was an issue with the dishwasher prior to our check in, and the owners let us know in a timely manner (did not affect our trip as we ate out for all meals). Condo was clean, and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Walking distance to downtown so we didnt have to find parking. Kitchen is very small, but all we used it for was to make coffee and put drinks in the fridge so it suited our needs. A washer/dryer would be a plus, but other than that, its a great little condo.

Great Location and great hosts

The communication was great, and the place was as described. Google Maps had a little trouble finding the address, but when we plugged in the complex name instead, we found it just fine. Hosts did an excellent job addressing our few minor questions and issues that arose. Thank you for taking great care of us!

Perfect in every way!

This is such a lovely location and perfectly situated to Gaitlinburg. Condo was clean and roomy with every amenity you could want for. Walking distance to Gaitlinburg and overlook the town at night on the patio. Patty made the entire process seamless and answered every question promptly. Will definitely be back in the future. The condo was as described. It was close to downtown. The only downside was it’s up a steep hill and if you want to walk to town it’s hard going back up the hill. This has nothing to do with the condo as the condo was nice. Standing on the balcony gives you a great view of the town.

Amazing views, perfect stay!

The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing, and from the pool! You can see the lights from the strip and the gorgeous mountains. The perfect space for myself,my husband, father and 4 year old. We enjoyed walking from the condo to the strip and the Moonshine Mountain coaster(pretty quick walk!) Very clean! Quick responses from Patty! She is a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed our 5 day stay! My 4 year old cried and didn’t want to leave the last day because she wanted to “stay here forever.” Thank you for a memorable trip, in a wonderful condo!

Great location!

With parking being a premium in gaitlinburg, it was a treat to be able to walk almost everywhere from this location! A fair warning, they are on a hill, so be prepared for an incline coming back. No problem for us since we needed to burn some calories anyway! The cozy place was perfect for our needs. Cool air, an abundance of blankets and a private balcony (we got to watch the fireworks from it!). Patty was extremely nice and mentioned traffic warnings and events while we were there. We were happy to be able to cook and store our receipts s—with four picky teens it was perfect for us to eat in.

Awesome vacation

Gatlinburg is just an awesome place for a family vacation. The property was exactly as described/pictured. It was about a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown, which was perfect. We loved the location and our view from the deck. Pool was refreshing, hot tub was hot. There was one small issue that had nothing to do with the property manager, but I sent a text to Patty and she had three people correcting it in under an hour. I thought that was exceptional customer service and shows how much they want you to enjoy your stay. We would love to come back!

Great location, good value

This unit is very closely located to the main strip. It’s also very easy access to the national park. Plenty of parking, spaces were a bit tight for my large truck but that’s to be expected. The unit was quite and had good heat. The kitchen had most everything we needed to cook breakfast (could use a few basics like salt pepper and cooking spray). The bathrooms were not the cleanest and there was a sewerage smell one night but that might have been a complex issue not directly related to this unit. The unit had plenty of blankets. This was a decent value, with a few minor upgrades or tweaks this could be a stellar spot! If you are looking to stay near town, keep this spot in mind.
