The Villa is spacious and beautifully furnished that will give you the opportunity to relax while vacationing on the Gulf Coast of Florida. .I-75 is only a few minutes from the famous university town center (UTC) mall and Lakewood Ranch is located off this exit as well. Local community amenities include a playground, pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball court. The villa is situated where everything is easy accessible.

No clean and unresponsive

There were several challenges with this last visit. 1) I reached out 2 days prior to our check in date to get the address of the property. The host never responded to my request for the information 2) When I entered the Property, there was a cockroach on the wall below the clock. 3) The property wasn’t managed well. The front door had wear marks and the remote controls didn’t work for the TV. 4) I brought these concerns up to the property manager looking for assurance that these concerns would be addressed. I never got a response from the manager. Ultimately, I won’t be booking this property again, based on the above.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our month long stay in this Bradenton home. It is in a safe, quiet well maintained neighborhood. The location was ideal...close to I-75, many good restaurants, CVS, Publix, Walmart etc. The kitchen was nicely stocked, neat, and organized with great appliances, including a large washer and dryer. We enjoyed the many "extras" such as a Keurig, new vacuum cleaner, crock pot, nice grill, iron/ironing board, safe, beach items etc. The master suite is spacious and we slept great! I can't say for certain but I truly believe all the mattresses are brand new. The owner and caretaker were both very responsive and helpful. This is a great property!

Short vacation

Beautiful home that looks just like the pictures. A lot of space and housed 7 people comfortably. Loved it.

Family get together

We loved the stay at this property. The proximity to everything worked well for the two families with 5 kids. My only feedback would be kitchen related. Everything was high seating and this was very hard for the children. No options for them other than eating outside which we had cool days so this wasn’t an option the few days we were there. Also everything was glass - would recommend plastic bowls and plates to make this super kid friendly:

The Villa is spacious and beautifully furnished that will give you the opportunity to relax while vacationing on the Gulf Coast of Florida. LESS THAN 10 Miles to Nathan Benderson’s World Class Rowing Park.
The Villa is just over 7 miles from downtown Bradenton where shopping and dining awaits. You may also visit Riverside Park, museum, and Manatee Performing Arts Center.
Local community amenities include a playground, pool, tennis, volleyball, and basketball court.
We are 45 min south of Tampa.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances which includes a Keurig so you may make coffee. There is an outdoor lanai off the Florida room to enjoy your coffee and take in the morning sun.
Florida Room has a 55'' Flat Screen HD TV with many channels and wireless internet access.
Master bedroom has King size bed and Flat Screen TV with cable.
Bedroom one has two Twin beds and Flat Screen TV with cable.
Bedroom two one Full bed.
Bedroom three one Twin and Inflatable mattress.
Florida room has a sectional with plenty of seats for a family to relax and watch TV or movies.
Florida room has a computer desk for office space or if you just want to surf the net.
Relax after a long day at the beach or after dinner with a game of pool.
Minutes to Sarasota, Siesta Key Beach, SRQ Airport. Tampa (TPA) Airport is about 45 minutes away.
