a great location in a fantasy town

this was a great/lucky choice. customer service is mediocre but the apartment could not have been better for a family of four (two teenagers). location is fantastic.

Fantastic Rental!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this apartment! The property management was so easy to work with and check in was simple. The location is right in the heart of town and walking distance to practically everything. The apartment is beautiful inside, very well taken care of, and clean. Having a parking space was also such an added bonus. The parking spot is very small, so be aware of that ahead of time. We stayed here with our newborn baby and our 18 month old and had no issues with anything during our stay. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!!

We loved the apartment. It was stocked with anything you would need to cook. We didnt as it was just too hot. Heatwave went through. The apartment had 2 fans which saved us. We ended up sleeping downstairs because it was cooler there. We had to keep the windows open for any relief. Outside our window was very lively with several restaurants until about 1030 when they all broke down. Then early in the morning were deliveries and trash trucks. (It is in the center of everything which was nice during the day.)Getting to the place was a bit daunting but they provided a great map as well as a video. Getting the garage fob was difficult and a really big hassle. I would love to stay at this place again but in a different season.

Finding entry to the parking space was a complete nightmare. It took over an hour. The map provided in the apartment didn't match the directions on the property website and the video provided was in French which unfortunately didn't help. When we called the property management company, they didn't know the area so couldn't help us either. We eventually had to park on the street and walk around looking for it. The apartment is lovely, spacious, quiet and convenient but I wouldn't recommend it in the summer as there is no air conditioning. We had to rent a hotel room across the street for two nights because we were so hot. Also, the wood floor wasn't cleaned.
