Perfect location

Great apartment in a lovely complex with two swimming pools. Located within 5 minutes walk of the beautiful beach at Arenal Son Saura. Property would benefit from some modernisation but still great for week's holiday.

Nice appatment not far away from the beach

The appatment is part of a well-kept housing area with two pools. The wonderful Beach is not far away. On the balcony you have the whole day the sun an you you have nice view. We enjoy our vacacion their really. Muchias gracias por Felix!

Bonn séjour dans l'appartement de Félix. La résidence est très bien entretenue, les piscines agréables et une jolie plage a 5 minutes à pied. Concernant l'appartement, la salle de bain n'est pas pratique et mériterai d'être mise au gout du jour. La literie n'est pas de bonne qualité.Le réfrigérateur n'était pas en route à notre arrivée ce qui nous a posé quelques problème pour conserver nos produits frais le premier jour. La mise à disposition d'un ventilateur serait un plus (nous avons dû en acheter un), car il faisait plus de 30C dans l'appartement certaines nuits (l'appartement n'est pas climatisé).Félix a été très réactif lorsque nous l'avons sollicité ce qui était très appréciable.

Très bon emplacement

Résidence calme et agréable à proximité de toutes commodités, piscine, plage, supermarché. La vie du balcon est magnifique. Nous recommandons cette location.

Apartamento excelente

Apartamento excelente en cuanto a ubicación, limpieza y exteriores. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario. Nosotros fuimos con un niño de 3 años, y nos encontramos con el apartamento perfectamente limpio y lleno de juegos de mesa, y juguetes para nuestro peque. La playa de son parc a 5 min andando, las dos piscinas exteriores perfectas. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!!! Muchas gracias por todo Felix.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement mi-juillet durant 15 jours. Il est propre, clair et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé: à deux pas des piscines (ni trop près ni trop loin), tout proche de la plage (3 minutes à pied), petit supermarché tout près également. Place de parking privative. Résidence propre et calme. Le propriétaire répond à toutes les questions très rapidement. Le seul tout petit petit bémol : la machine à laver le linge est vétuste. Nous avons adoré notre séjour sur l'île.

Tranquilidad

Apartamento en urbanización muy tranquila, 3 piscinas ideales para niños. Vistas espectaculares desde la terraza. Playa del Arenal de Son Saura a pocos minutos y perfecta para ir con niños.
