私たちの素敵な2ベッドルーム、2バスルーム、2階のアパートメントは、プラヤフラメンカの中心部で非常に魅力的なラカルマ開発に位置しています。 設備の整った優れたお店に近く、美しい砂浜へは徒歩ですぐです。 La Zeniaの新しいモダンなショッピングセンターも徒歩圏内にあります。 このエリアには3つのゴルフコースもあります。

アパートメントにはオープンプランのキッチン付きのラウンジ/ダイナー、専用バスルーム付きのツインベッドルーム、専用バスルーム付きのダブルベッドルームがあります。 ラウンジとダブルベッドルームからのパティオドアは大きなサンテラスにつながり、4つの共同プールの1つを眺めることができます。 ご宿泊のお客様は、すべてのプールを利用できます。 アパートは西向きで、午後の太陽と素晴らしい夕日の景色を提供しています。

What a fantastic apartment. Roomy with 2 en-suite bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living area and a large balcony.4 pools to choose from and walking distance to lovely eateries and beaches. Correspondence with the owners was excellent. Apartment had all we needed for a wonderful week. Would definetly book again. Thank you.

Amazing Property and Location

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The communication with the owner of the property Ishbel was great and the key holder / collection by Michelle was briiliant. All in all the experience was stress free and the property and pool area were excellent. Thanks very much Ishbel we loved it. Kind regards The Lawrence Family.

Would highly recommend this apartment it was clean and tidy , lovely on a night sitting on balcony sun shining , pool just outside , location was perfect for us shops/bar/ restaurant at the bottom of the street , very safe for children , beach was a good 15min walk but not too far , la zenia again 10 -15 min walk . Nice text from owner to make sure everything was fine , which is always a good sign , will definetly go back

Great Apartment well presented in a great location.

Really enjoyed our stay at this clean well presented apartment. Close to shops,restaurants and beaches. The apartment has everything needed for days in the sun i.e. Sunbeds chairs and body boards. The fact that it has 2 bedrooms each with ensuite leave it very convenient. The whole complex is very secure and would definitely recommend it and if going to that area again would not hesitate to book it again.Although we had limited contact with the lady who looks after the apartment,Di, she seemed very nice and friendly. All in all a very good experience!!

Functional Holiday Let

This property was ideal for our needs. We had stayed in the apartment block before and were looking forward to coming back. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It was very hot when we went, however there is air conditioning, which we had to use for a short time on a couple of days. Showers were great. The lift had broken down a couple of times - not a problem if you can climb steps. Pool areas were lovely. All kitchen facilities were great. Has a nice balcony with table/ chairs. We would love to stay again. Kids really enjoyed themselves.

No air con

Nice and clean apartment but no air con which badly affected our stay

Hi Sam. I am sorry to see that you say there was no aircon when you were fully informed beforehand that our aircon system had suddenly broken down during the heatwave. As you fully know, I did my utmost to get this fixed as soon as possible , which wasn’t easy, and I even offered you a full refund if you wanted to cancel. You chose to travel despite this and I also gave you a 10% discount nevertheless. We have very efficient ceiling fans in each room and no other guests have complained about this, quite the contrary. The whole aircon system was replaced within a 14 day period which is very quick for order, delivery and installation of a whole new unit. It was unfortunate that this coincided with your trip but I couldn’t do anymore in these circumstances.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Es ist alles vorhanden, auch Strandliegen und Strandschirm.Die Anlage ist schön und sauber und hat eine super Lage. Lidl und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuss erreichbar.Wir konnten unsere Checkin und Checkout Zeiten mit der Gastgeberin abstimmen. Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe klappte problemlos.Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Parkplatz in der Anlage.

Hemos estado 10 días en este apartamento muy cómodo, acogedor y bonito. Las piscinas y jardines muy bien cuidados. Una comunidad muy tranquila. Ishbel, la propietaria, muy atenta en todo. En una palabra, EXCEPCIONAL. Volveremos.

great clean modern appartment

The property was clean, modern and perfect location, We have been to this area many times and loved this appartment. tThe kady who lokks after it is very friendly and helpful. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The balcony is a fab place to sit and watche the world go buy and a wee sun trap in the evning sun. It is close to shops, restaurants snd bars. There were 5 of us and was totally adequate for us all. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend if you are visiting the area.

Allt var jättebra utom sängarna. De var för hårda, särskilt i rummet med två separata sängar. Hon som låg i den ena sängen fick uppsöka chiropraktor två gånger. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka om sängarna utrustas med bäddmadrass Erika.
