The best apartment in Villa Martin

We stayed here for a week in June 2024 and had a wonderful time. I'd say it's probably the best apartment in Villa Martin in terms of its location, facilities, the fact it has a beautiful little garden which opens right in front of the pool. The apartment itself has some nice facilities including a small conservatory area (again which is unique in Villa Martin) and a beautiful shaded front terrace surrounded by climbing plants. Also you can use not just the pool out the back, but also the eight other pools in Villa Martin, all of which are beautifully maintained and have their own individual qualities in terms of size and depth. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough.

Es war so schön, dass wir nächstes Jahr diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Pros: Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Schlüssel Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut gehobene Ausstattung und was wichtig war, die Betten super bequem. Wir hatten nicht einmal Kreuzschmerzen. Cons: Es gibt nichts was wir bemängeln könnten. Für uns war es perfekt.

La estancia ha sido agradable y cómoda. Casa perfecta para una familia

Pros: La comunicación directa desde la terraza trasera de la vivienda a la piscina y lo poco concurrida que estaba, prácticamente era para nosotros. La casa da a una piscina, pero hay otra de mayor tamaño. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Cons: La casa estaba limpia, pero la terraza trasera no lo estaba. Al salir a barrer las hojas (por las hojas no pasa nada, es normal) se quedaban las zapatillas pegadas porque había algo negro por todo el suelo. Me tocó ponerme a limpiarla nada más llegar. Salvo este pequeño detalle, todo perfecto y repetería la estancia sin duda.

En general nos gustó mucho

Pros: El apartamento en general con todos sus detalles y las terrazas en particular que dan mucha vida, sobre todo la que comunica con la piscina. Cons: La ubicación. La zona consiste en urbanizaciones varias cerca de diferentes centros comerciales y de Torrevieja. Perfecto si te gusta el turismo de costa pero cogiendo el coche para llegar a la playa.

Pros: Have stayed at this location twice and we have family who have regularly stayed at the owners 2nd property next door which is also fabulous after a recent renovation. Great location for the Villamartin area and the apartment is very well looked after with great facilities. Lovely outside areas leading into a nice pool. Great air conditioning unit and tv also! Excellent and always pleasant communication from the owners. Would highly recommend.
