Magnificent apartment on the 1st line of golf, quiet and close to everything

Large 100m² ground-floor apartment comprising:

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

- a master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom,
- a second bedroom with two single beds,
- a third bedroom with two single beds,
- a second large bathroom with shower and bathtub,
- a folding cot for a baby + duvet and sheets,
- a large, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, etc.),
- a laundry room with washing machine,
- a living room with satellite TV (French, Spanish, English channels, etc.),
- a large, quiet terrace with a table for 8 overlooking the golf course,
- a garage in the basement (with elevator).

The final cleaning fee of €80 is payable in cash upon arrival to the person who will give you the keys.

Two communal swimming pools are accessible near the apartment.

Shopping center with numerous restaurants just outside the property (3-minute drive)

Mark, the key holder, was a 20 out of 10, very helpful, always available and went out of his way to help with everything and anything.The area was very quiet but the pools where a let down for us, they need a bit more care, one of them didn't get sun until pass 1300 and the other didn't have much space for towels, just concrete to lay on which is not comfortable. You need a car to move around but everything is within 5 mins drive.The flat has all you may need but also need a bit of updating.The highlight of the trip was definitely Mark

Apartamento fantástico

El apartamento fantástico, conforme a la descripción en la web. El trato del personal inmobiliario muy bueno, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad o problema. En un entorno genial rodeado de un campo de golf. Los vecinos geniales, no oímos ningún ruido y pudimos descansar. El apartamento totalmente equipado en la cocina y el resto de la casa buenos muebles y camas cómodas. Los baños con ducha y bañera muy limpios. A 10 minutos de varias playas alrededor y una zona comercial para comprar a 3 minutos. En definitiva, lo recomiendo y creo que alguna vez volveremos a solicitar el alquiler si el propietario nos lo concede,

Fantastic for a family

Fantastic kitchen, beautiful terraze with outstanding views of the golf resort. The AC units worked perfectly. 2 comunal swimming pools ... It was a really good experience and definetely very recommended

Contact met de verhuurder was vlot en goed, appartement heel netjes, alles was aanwezig, miste alleen de strandparasols, maar die hebben we nu achtergelaten, dus die mist de volgende niet. Al met al gewoon goed.

bien placé sur le golf et dans la ville , bien agencé avec ses 3 chambres et bien equipé mais en rez de chaussée un peu sombre et donc surement mieux en été qu'en hiver

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est très propre, équipé et très bien situé.

Nous sommes très content de notre séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé, le quartier est très calme et la piscine est situé à quelques pas seulement. Les enfants ont adoré. Des centres commerciaux sont situés à proximité. Il y a également une pharmacie tout près de l'appartement. On ne peut pas évidemment oublier l'incontournable Zenia Boulevard situé à environ 7km pour les amateurs de shopping mais aussi pour les gourmands. L'endroit mérite vraiment le détour et on aimerait bien y retourner. Des plages magnifiques sont également à proximité, à partir de 4 km seulement. Un garage spacieux et situé à moins de 50m de l'appartement (et directement accessible à pied de l'intérieur de l'appartement) est également disponible. L'appartement est situé en plein dans un domaine de golf, mais cela ne perturbe en aucun cas le séjour.
