Located in the heart of Paris and perfect for 2; my home has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Paris.

Comprised of a main living area, kitchen, and bathroom. As you step inside, you will first see the large king-size bed draped with soft linens and a thick duvet. You will also find a small dining table with two chairs by the window -- which can act as a work desk -- and a flat-screen television for you to watch some of the local french dramas.

Further inside is the kitchen that has all the necessities needed to cook a satisfying meal. These include an electric hob, microwave, fridge, and crockery. Or if you prefer to make light snacks and hot beverages, a toaster and kettle are available as well. The bathroom has all the basics of a sink, mirror, and toilet with a walk-in shower.

Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided free of charge for your personal convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

In chic Gros-Caillou, Haussmann-era buildings mix with embassies and posh hotels, while upscale restaurants line tranquil streets with Eiffel Tower views. Along the River Seine, Musée du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac is an ultramodern indigenous art museum, and Musée des Égouts is a quirky underground museum about Paris’s sewer system. Pedestrianized quays lead to Fluctuart, a floating urban art center.

The Eiffel Tower is a 10 minute walk through Champ de Mars. However, the entirety of Paris is easy to get around via public transportation.

Stations closest to my house are Pont de l'Alma (3-minute walk) which connects to the RER C that runs along the Left Bank. Further away is École Militarie in Faubourg Saint-Germain which connects to Line 8. Alternatively, you can the bus 80 and 90 outside La Pharmacie Parisienne, a mecca for French skincare-enthusiasts.

Uber and Taxis are also available.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

The residence features thin walls and can occasionally allow some audible disturbance.
