Hi Michael…Thank you for your stay and your comments in review. Aerial View is located in Old Seagrove, which is distinguished from Seagrove Beach because of the shaded, oak-lined dirt streets. This is an endearing and nostalgic feature that will hopefully never change. We are disappointed to read that the crisp minimalistic décor, butler's pantry, gourmet kitchen appliances, elevator, three areas for groups to gather (one on each level) including a wet bar on the third floor, the rooftop deck overlooking Seaside with views to the western horizon, and private pool are considered "very basic" to your group. Considering the location and the above-mentioned amenities, the house is properly priced compared to the competition in the immediate area. The pool does not have a hot tub, nor is it advertised as having a hot tub, but it is a spa-like waterfall feature that many pools in the area feature. We are happy to pass on the recommendations regarding window coverings to the owner. Had you called us during your stay with this concern, we would have been more than happy to come over and cover the windows for you during your stay. Additionally, we sent multiple emails after your booking reservation to let you know about the change in bedding to accommodate the cleaning protocols required by Walton County during this year's phenomenal Covid-19 pandemic that I am sure you have heard about. We provide a cotton Oxford waffle medium weight blanket on each bed and encouraged guests that wanted more coverings to bring extra blankets and throws as we do not have the capacity to launder and disinfect that volume of bedding in the short 6 hour window between guests to adequately meet the level of cleanliness that we are comfortable presenting to guests. Lastly, the pandemic has created a shortage in production of many amenities, but we have been able to source name brand, quality soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and Cottonelle 2 ply toilet paper in each bathroom to cover guest needs. Most guests have personal preferences and bring their own toiletries in our experience - we apologize that the standard of our amenities provided was below the level you normally use for free in other rental situations. Again, we thank you for staying with us, and we hope that we will have another opportunity to host your group and meet your vacation needs at the appropriate price/value points that work for you… Grayt 30A Vacations
