The small, fenced terrace of the apartment, offers direct access to the community pool and from there directly to the sandy beach of Denia. An ideal holiday accommodation for a couple or 2 adults and two children and for those who don't wish to move the car around too much. The center of Denia, the harbor, the nearest supermarket and different shops are located at a distance of about 10 minutes walking and the bus stop is about 5 minutes away. A small but beautiful holiday home which is special due to its ideal location directly on the beach.
