Enjoy all the comforts of a modern home while surrounded by the majestic beauty of Mount Hood. Perfect for larger groups or multiple families looking to enjoy the mountain for the weekend. Inside the home you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to do some serious cooking. If take out and relaxing are more your speed, there is a beautiful new wood stove to keep you warm and toasty, an abundance of streaming services for you to enjoy snuggled on the sofa and a game room complete with puzzles, board games and a four person arcade console.

The home is nestled into a snug mountain community that has much to offer. In the warmer months you can enjoy tennis, basketball and a swimming pool that are shared by the neighborhood. A short walk from the cabin you will find a selection of lovely nature trails that will lead you down to the Sandy River. Depending on which trail you take, you will find a variety of beaches and rocky areas to explore.

If adventure is more your speed, we are a short drive from many area attractions. The home is a five minute drive from the Sandy Ridge mountain biking area and twenty minutes from the slopes for skiing and sledding. For hiking you can stop by the zig zag ranger station for information on local trails.

Wonderful family friendly home. Everything was just right. Plenty of room for the whole family. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the game room and the "secret" balcony.We can't wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hood House! The house is clean and stocked with necessary things. The Air Hockey table and arcade machine are a bonus! I love the wooden stove which made you feel at home. The location is easy access to Hwy 26 and close to bus stop when going up to the mountain. Will definitely recommend!

We stayed in this home for two days while attending a wedding at Trillium Lake. Entering was easy and the accommodations were good for group of 10 people. The house looked clean, but we discovered differently when the 8 month old crawling child's knees were filthy. The upstairs bunk bed and playroom was nice, but we found the 'queen futon' to be somewhat lacking. Overall we had a nice stay, in a nice neighborhood with a decently stocked kitchen.
