La Corte dei Fiori is a small but elegant apartment located in Conca dei Marini, you can access the structure through about 90 steps and can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is cozy, tastefully furnished and finished in every detail. Its scenic location makes the property only a great place to spend some unforgettable moments.
The property DON'T HAVE a parking space, the guest can book it at the check-in on payment. About 10 minutes walk from the hotel guests will have access to all the services, a market, a shop for your home, the post office, restaurants, a butcher and finally the bus stop.
The property is divided as follows:
- 1 double bedroom with balcony and access to the romantic terrace overlooking the sea;
- A large area divided into living area with TV / SAT, comfortable sofa that on request and payment can turn into bed for two people and a fully equipped kitchen area;
- 1 bathroom with a window, finished with ceramic tile tub and shower.
Finally, the property has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where he spent long moments of relaxation. To help you discover the beauties of the Amalfi Coast and be sure not to leave anything to chance, we suggest our guests the following services Amalfi Coast Tour, Capri Tour, Mozzarella Tour, Pompeii and Herculaneum Tour, Ceramics & Limoncello Tour, Naples Tour and much even more!!! - In case the guests have to come after 20 o'clock have to pay a penalty of euros 30 by cash.
- At the check-in time you will be request the identity card or the passport of all guests and the payment of the City Tax. The cost is € 2 per day per person for the first week, after the first week the payment required is the 70% of the euros 2. The tax does not apply to stays between November 1 and March 31. Wonderful Apartment and Location

Caterina has been a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. We liked Conca dei Marini because it was between Amalfi and Positano, which made it easier to get to both towns.

Honeymoon Stay

The view from this stay is beautiful and in a really nice location. Definitely be prepared for all the steps down to the main road (to catch the Sita bus) and local beach which is beautiful and quaint.

Great central location

Vito and Caterina’s property is a great central spot to access all the towns on the amalfi coast. Conca dei marini is a much quieter town compared to the other villages but still offers some great restaurants close by to the property. Also Vito and Caterina’s restaurant “Melchiò” in Furore was a 10/10 experience. The food, house wine, and view were all excellent and you would be missing out not eating here.

Amazing Private Getaway

Vito and Caterina were so polite and so helpful throughout our stay. I had a minor medical issue, and they were quick to respond to my requests for recommended health facilities nearby (which were perfect for my needs). The apartment was very clean, spacious, and the balcony is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos. Everything was perfect for a little couples getaway.

Wonderful

This was a great place! The hot tub was a great touch! Very small hike up some stairs to the home, but well worth. The hosts were very nice and gave some wonderful food recommendations as well. The only two things we would’ve changed: the bed was pretty hard, and we could not find any drying racks for our clothes. Other than that, wonderful!

Good stay but fix a few for great stay.

Property is nice. clean and location is very quiet.Beds are hard. Shower needs cleaning out, fills with water and leaks on floor. hot tub takes way too long to heat up ,3 hrs so we never could use it.walk many stairs daily.

Quiet and peaceful stay

The property had amazing views and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. We enjoyed a fabulous meal at the hosts restaurant with transfers provided. The location is in the upper part of Conca dei Marini, we did walk to the beach one day but it's not an easy walk with hundreds of steps! Close to a bus stop for trips to other areas. Lovely pizza place and restaurant near by. The location is a quiet town so if you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is for you. The accommodation kept nice and cool but had air con too. Fully equipped kitchen, except for pizza cutter 😂. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay

Amalfi vacation

I really enjoyed my stay at Caterina’s place in conca dei Marini. The hot tub area was a highlight - the view is spectacular and it’s much more quiet than the bigger towns on the coast, which is what we were looking for. Caterina was very communicative and made us feel very comfortable. She even made us a reservation at her restaurant for dinner one night and arranged a shuttle to pick us up and bring us home. The meal was delicious. There are two restaurants in walking distance from the apartment. We only went to one but it was also very good! I would also recommend going to the lido beach club at Capo dei conca - so nice! Great for swimming. There are lots of ants outside the apartment so make sure you keep the doors closed and you’ll be good. Would stay here again.

Hidden gem!

We almost don’t want to tell you about this place because we want to keep it a secret…. We couldn’t believe this beautiful place was at the top of the flights of stairs. Yes, there are many stairs, everywhere in the Amalfi Coast, so you have to be prepared. It was my first time, my husband’s second, you can’t quite comprehend until you experience it for yourself. Very spacious Villa, it had every convenience we needed. There is a spectacular balcony view of the sea where we enjoyed sitting having wine in the evening and coffee from our bed in the morning! Conca dei Marini is not touristy like the other cities, it’s a lot more of an immersive experience. Our host was easy to communicate with and helpful. We had dinner at their restaurant, Melchiò, and they provided transportation for us, it was a wonderful setting overlooking the sea with delicious food. There’s a market, butcher, and another restaurant, Le Bonta de Capo, that we really enjoyed, walking distance from the Villa. The beach was such an experience, so charming and quaint. We will never forget this wonderful experience and hope to return someday.

Complete Nightmare!

Its a long walk with A LOT of steep stairs from the parking lot Once we reached the unit we were welcomed with a VERY STRONG odor of mold once we turned on the air and opened the windows it gradually went away the internet did not work and when my wife went to shower the shower did not drain but more importantly she had about 2 mins of hot water when we called the manager she informed us to use the shower till the hot water runs out turn it off wait for 5-7 mins and resume taking the shower. The Hot tub was about 130 degrees and the heater would not turn off .We booked this unit for 3 nights we left the next morning.

This truly is a magical place! The view is breathtaking! Great communication and very clean. The property is owned by Caterina and Vito who, besides many other properties own the restaurant Melchio in Furore. They offer a private driver to pick you up-be sure to take advantage! Vito is the chef and the food is spectacular! And I did not even mention the view but of course it is breathtaking. In the evening you can see Priaino lit up on the edge of the coast. There is a market 2 minutes away. Be sure to grab coffee at Bar Rosa and a pizza at Ninos plus another great restaurant close by, Bonta de Capo.if you can figure out the bus it is only 15 min from Amalfi-wonderful town w history and shopping. You can easily catch a ferry to other Amalfi towns as well as Capri.the only downside is the number of steps (over 120) but that is to be expected in this region. Overall a very great value for the price with many amenities. If you are looking for a place away from crowds and can manage the steps, do not hesitate!

Conca Dei Marini Honeymoon

The property's secluded location and challenging access were notable, with multiple flights of stairs required to reach it. This made exploring the surrounding area somewhat difficult. Additionally, amenities such as the hot tub did not heat sufficiently, and there was an absence of hot water during the last two days of our stay. Towel warmer did not work and shower towels were limited to only two large ones, and the shower drain was overflowed after just five minutes of use. We also encountered issues with the WiFi, which was unreliable in the bedroom and intermittent elsewhere. Communication with the host was sporadic, leaving us feeling somewhat overlooked during our stay. Despite reaching out a week and a half in advance, it required multiple messages to get a response, complicating our trip planning. The host initially recommended renting a car to explore the coastal area, as seen in the description. However, a couple of days into our trip, unexpected road work closed the parking area and the host’s guidance was minimal, saying that its not their fault and we, the guests, need to figure it out when we do not know the area at all. This left us in a stressful situation, potentially facing the risk of being towed in a foreign country, a scenario for which we were unprepared and had little guidance on how to handle.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Das bedeutet an der Amalfiküste auch, dass man Treppen steigen muss. Dies trifft auch für diese Wohnung zu. Der Lohn: Eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Man sollte aber für sich entscheiden, ob man mehr als 100 Stufen bewältigen kann, insbesondere mit Gepäck.

la propriété est bien. il faut etre en forme car beaucoup de marches à monter. tout est près...epicerie, restos, epicerie, arrêt de bus, dépanneur... communication avec l'hôte tres difficile... pas beaucoup dinformations a l'arrivée... jaccuzi vieux et leau ne sentait pas bonne donc pas utilisé a ma grande déception...Les habitants du coin tres sympathique!

Soggiorno stupendo in un angolo incantevole della costiera amalfitana. Il panorama è mozzafiato e la vasca idromassaggio spettacolare. Vito e Caterina sono degli host professionali e sempre disponibili. Altamente consigliabile. Quando torneremo non mancheremo l’occasione di mangiare nel ristorante di Vito.

Beautiful

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in Conca dei Marini. Highlights include the stunning view, the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment, the kindness of the hosts, and a fantastic dinner at the owners’ restaurant that included a ride there. We also had a great meal up the road at Le Bonta del Capo. We did have a few glitches: WiFi didn’t work which made communication a problem and the hot tub never warmed up for us (possibly our own ineptitude). Although the buses worked well for us for travel from town to town, I’d probably recommend a car as it was difficult to get down to the beach and lower Conca without one. All of that said, it was a wonderful four days and we really appreciated our hosts’ kindness. They made sure we got to the apartment, left us some wonderful spaghetti and tomatoes, as well as a great bottle of wine. The meal we enjoyed at their restaurant, Melchio, was truly special.

Ho alloggiato in questa casa con mia moglie e siamo stati contentissimi di averla scelta. Confortevole e pulita, in una zona tranquilla dove poter passare dei momenti di assoluto relax. All'interno spicca sicuramente un bellissimo dipinto sul soffitto non appena si entra. La vista dalla camera da letto è stupenda e c’è un piccolo balconcino davvero caratteristico, dove poter fare anche una piacevole colazione. Ma la parte più bella di tutta la casa è il grande terrazzo con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Per non parlare della bellissima vasca idromassaggio, dove ti puoi rilassare alla fine di ogni giornata, in un piccolo giardino dove ci sono anche i lettini per prendere il sole in tutta tranquillità. Per raggiungere la casa ci sono diversi scalini da fare, ma è un piccolo sforzo che vale davvero la pena fare. La casa è comunque situata vicina ai servizi principali come market, ristoranti, farmacia. Grazie anche a Caterina con la quale abbiamo avuto sempre una comunicazione chiara e veloce e grazie a sua sorella che ci ha accolto.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Village

We spent just over two weeks in this lovely apartment in Conca dei Marini and could not be more pleased with our choice. The apartment is beautifully decorated—bright and cheerful with a spacious balcony/patio and a breathtaking view. There is also a smaller patio off the bedroom, perfect for morning coffee or a late-night look at the stars, and a few steps below, a private, grassy area with a spa, sun chairs, table and grill. The apartment includes a clothes washer and dish washer, and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. As other reviewers have noted, there are some stairs to climb, but as our next-door neighbor said, “If you don't like stairs, you shouldn't come to the Amalfi Coast.” And just down the stairs there is a butcher shop, a small grocery store, and two restaurants—Nino's pizzeria (which we frequented almost every day) and Bonta del Capo, slightly more upscale. Our hosts, Vito and Caterina, responded immediately to the few questions and queries we had. My wife took Vito's cooking class and rates it as the highlight of our stay, and we both enjoyed a wonderful dinner at his and Caterina's Furore restaurant, Melcho. Don't miss out on the chance to eat there. Conca dei Marini is a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle of the major tourist towns while still being within reach, and La Corte dei Fiori may well be the best value in the village. Highly recommend.

Conca dei Marini Delight

We stayed at this apartment from the 13-18MAR. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace and the hot tub was stunning. We had everything we needed to be self contained and even acess to log in to our Netflix and Amazon Prime to watch a movie at the end of the day. We chose this spot for a relational end to our journey throughout Italy. We enjoyed day trips to Amalfi, Positano and Ravello. The local bus system worked wonderfully for our needs. The bus stop was a 15 minute walk a bit uphill to get to the bus. to Amalfi or a very long but beautiful walk down to the ocean to catch the bus to Positano. Heed the information from the locals who tell you it is good to walk down to the bus to Positano but on your return travel back to Amalfi and take the bus back to Conca from Amalfi so that you arrive at the top of Conca. Bus tickets were available at the local general store a short walk from the apartment on the way to the bus stop. The grocery store again a leisurely 15 minute walk down. A lovely butcher shop was at the bottom of our stair landing to the street. Talk the time to speak with the locals who will eagerly share their stories with you. Some speak fluent English we found it easy to communicate. It was really very easy to be self contained and tour as little or as much as we wanted from this lovely location. We also went to Vito and Catherina's restaurant in Furore. The experience was a sure delight. Vito is a food artist and Catherina a lovely host and baker. We would return to this location again. Note, there are many stairs to walk up to the apartment...slow and steady does it and the reward is the beautiful view and apartment that awaits you! Thank You Vito and Catherina for your hospitality!

Fantastic property with amazing hosts!!

We stayed at Corte dei Fiori for a week and absolutely loved it! We were comfortable and well taken care of by our hosts! If we make our way back to the Amalfi Coast, we would definitely try to stay here again. About the property: This is a charming and cozy little house nestled into the cliffs of Conca dei Marini with incredible views of the sea and the surrounding cliffs. We enjoyed being able to wake up each day to the view of the sea from the bedroom, having coffee and breakfast on the patio, and then sitting in the hot tub each evening after long walks around the area. The house has a well equipped kitchen, large smart tv (we were able to use Netflix since the channels are mostly in Italian), espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. It has a queen-size bed (it's a bit stiff, but that's pretty normal for Italy). There are stairs up to the house, just like every other house in the area. I think from the street to the front door, it's about 90 stairs total (broken out into a couple of different flights of stairs) so it's not really that bad of a climb; we enjoyed the exercise. The town itself is small and quiet, and the people there are very friendly. There's a small market and a butcher right by the house, and a few other restaurants (including a Michelin-rated restaurant) and shops in town that were closed during the winter months. We rented a car for a few days while we were there, and had plenty of parking down on the street near the house. About the hosts: Vito and Caterina were probably the most friendly and helpful hosts we've ever had. They run a hospitality business together, and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. They answered every question we had and made sure we knew what to expect before arriving. They were actually on vacation in the U.S. while we were staying in Conca dei Marini, and even checked on us from their vacation to make sure we were taken care of. They returned just in time for us to meet Vito, and he was just as friendly in person. He helped us rent our car and even gave us a ride to a restaurant in Furore on our last night in town after we had returned the rental. He also arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the Salerno train station, both of whom were professional and very friendly. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend Vito and Caterina to anyone. We definitely hope to return and stay here again!

Perfecto!

Super well equipped property. Catarina and Vito kept in touch to check all ok. Great place to explore - just head for some steps and off you go!
