This house was overall fantastic. We stayed during Christmas week with our 3 small kids aged 9, 7, and 4. The photos did not do it justice, it was beautifully decorated and furnished, and perfectly cozy and spacious, and there were no issues. The house was very nicely stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking, coffee maker, utensils, pots/pans, etc and even had the pantry stocked with a few things. We had Instacart deliver groceries on the first night, which was very easy and convenient.
The bedrooms were very nice - great quality linens and towels throughout.
TV's all worked great, with access to cable and Netflix etc on all of them. Wifi worked great, even ready to use surround sound that could easily stream music from your cell phone throughout the whole house.
Golf cart was very handy and convenient - we easily fit all 5 of us plus all of our beach stuff to drive to and from the Watercolor Inn and also to and from the Camp Watercolor pool.
The location of the house is great - it's in a little neighborhood that definitely isn't on the beach or that close to the beach, but it was still very convenient and easy.
Management was easy to communicate with via text message for anything that came up during our time there.
My one complaint was that at the end of the trip when we got home and realized that we had left my daughter's small pillow and a couple stuffed animals, the management company charged me $50 plus shipping to send it back to me, which seems excessive and unnecessary, considering what I had just spent to rent the house for a week. I don't think that the house was overpriced at all, but that's still a lot of money, and you would think they would ship out something small as a nice courtesy.
All in all it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay there again and I would highly recommend this property.
