We wish we had known about these concerns during your stay, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them and help make your experience more comfortable. Our team is always happy to assist with any issues that arise, and we regret that we did not have the chance to do so during your visit. Following your departure, the home was thoroughly inspected and deep cleaned to ensure a refreshed space for future guests. Our maintenance team completed a walkthrough and found that all seven windows were opening properly. A bent window screen was promptly repaired, and the refrigerator and washing machine were inspected and found to be in good working order. We apologize for the concerns regarding odors throughout the home, particularly in the bathrooms. This is not feedback we have previously received, but we will continue to monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action if needed. We regret that these concerns resulted in a one-star review and that we did not have the opportunity to make things right during your stay. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as guest feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and continue working toward providing the five-star experience we strive to provide for every guest.
