Great property

The overall property was great. I think they might need some new mattresses but other than that great location and great property. We enjoyed our stay for the week. I would recommend to anyone staying in North Myrtle Beach Ocean Boulevard area.

Fun family time

We had a fantastic stay at this Myrtle Beach property. We were a large group 9 adults and nine kids under the age of 10 and the house accommodated us really well. The beds were very comfortable, though a bit tall, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with little ones. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, which made meal prep for a big group much easier. The kids especially loved the clean po and we appreciated the pool toys and beach chairs that were provided. The beach is just a short walk away, which made going back-and-forth convenient with the kids. The only downside is that the neighborhood gets a little noisy due to the busy street, but it didn't take away from our experience. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend this place for large families or groups traveling together.

Family Beach Vacation

The house and pool were perfect for our family and dealing with the owners couldn't be better. The location was great. Our family truly enjoyed our vacation. The walk to the beach was literally minutes.

Everyone Love it!

Rockhill family

This home was beautiful. The double queen bedrooms were perfect as each of my kids had one for their family. The front porch rockers were used every day for early morning relaxing. Every thing we needed was here and the beach was awesome and the access was very close.

Great place for a large family!

We had a party of 15 people, mix of adults and kids - great layout for large groups. Every family had their own bedroom/bathroom. Close to so many things for the family. The beach was across the street. The owner was EXTREMELY responsive to every single inquiry or request. The pool was fantastic, we used it basically every single day. Thank you for a great vacation!

Great location!

The property was as described. Host was very responsive to requests prior to our arrival. Our family enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. Grill was a bit small for our needs but we made it work. Being able to walk to the beach was a big plus!

Beautiful house

There were 19 of us and we all really enjoyed the house. It was perfect for a large group and had plenty of room to spread out. There was also plenty of parking which is rare at a beach house. The walk to the beach was short. We would 100% rent here again!

Volleyball Tournament

The home was perfect for the four families traveling together for our daughters’ volleyball tournament. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was just what we needed. I always love to rent homes that can accommodate larger groups, especially those with lots of bedrooms with multiple beds in each. Makes trips like these so much easier and allows for multiple families to get to hang out together.

Family vacation

The property was a great house for 17 family members. The location was very convenient to the beach and other activities. We had two issues arise and they were handled promptly by the host. We think the house could use a deep cleaning! In the kitchen they need new frying pans and dish towels. There were plenty of dishes and eating utensils which were great for a large group. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Wonderful week. House is perfect for our family. Clean and well organized. Elevator really helped older family members and carrying in groceries. Definitely helped not to carry luggage up and down stairs. Questions were answered quickly. Highly recommend this house.

Beach wedding

We had our large family stay together for our wedding. It was super spacious and the pool was a hit. The cabinets were stocked with all the dishes and appliance we could need. There was also lots of beach gear and toys for us to use in the beach closet! The elevator really helped my handicapped father navigate through the home. Being right across the street from the beach was awesome!

Easter Trip

Overall we were very happy with the property. It had a lot of space for a big group. The location was excellent. We had some issues with the dishwasher not working and the sinks not draining. The place was also not super clean. The floors needed to be mopped and there was garbage under the beds.

Celebration of Life

My family and I gathered to have a funeral Mass and lay my mom to rest next to my dad. They had lived in North Myrtle for 22 years. My mom living with me for the last 13. Our families spent every summer vacationing In NMB. This beautiful home allowed us to gather all comfortably. Enjoy the beach and visit all the places we used go. Plenty of room. Each has our own bathroom. The beach access across the street. The elevator, the pool. The host was accommodating and easy to get a hold of. Fantastic VRBO experience

Great house for large family group

The house was perfect for our large family group. Plenty of space for everyone. And once the elevator was fixed, that really helped with my elderly mother. Nice hardwoods everywhere and a fantastic kitchen with everything we needed in it. The open layout was great. The pool left a little to be desired. Could be cleaner with some weed eating/power washing. Great outdoor shower and tons of parking. Biggest complaint would be the mattresses-at least the queen beds.And the crinkling mattress pads. Will have to take an egg crate or something if we get to go again. The location is perfect but needs to be clear that the closest beach access parking is golf cart only. We were able to get a golf cart after calls to several places, but had we known earlier we'd have had one rented already.

Great for large groups who want to be near the beach

We loved our stay! Pros: Great for large groups - many beds and bathrooms; there was more than enough space for our group of 18 adults (could have fit more); there's also a lot of parking at the house Great features - Beds were very comfortable; Large kitchen; porches and decks that overlooked the beach with rocking chairs; elevator was great for the older people in our group; pacman arcade game Location - it's a 2 minute walk to the beach entrance Property Manager was responsive Cons (this is nitpicky, we would definitely stay again): The front door lock is finicky and needs to be updated. The pool and pool deck were dirty. The deck needs to be power washed and the pool needs to be cleaned. We called the property manager about murky water before stepping foot in the pool area and he sent someone over to clean out the sand that was in it. Slight improvement but it was still iffy. The house is somewhat outdated though the kitchen has new appliances. FYIs: We rented beach chairs and umbrellas from the city of North Myrtle which worked for us for the week. The house has some leftover beach gear (I think from past stays) but you should come prepared with what you need. A larger icemaker would go a long way. Overall: Great stay for our family/friends traveling to North Myrtle for a wedding + beach vacation. We had an amazing time and would stay again!

Great house…outdoor area lacking!!!

Would have loved to give this stay 5 stars but there were some issues. We were fortunate because we live locally and had our home as an overflow for our large group of family and friends, coming from 3 other states celebrating a birthday, several graduations and our vow renewal on the beach. Booked the property in January for our end of May trip. Viewed the outside of the property before booking because we are local and noticed it needed some sprucing up on the outside. Assumed that would happen before peak season started, so drove by about a month before our stay and noticed it looked the same. Spoke with the host and she said she would speak with the owner and get back to me. Didn’t hear anything back but was hoping for the best. Got to house, check in was easy although locking and unlocking the front door could be a little tricky at times. The house was in great shape and served our needs well for a large group. The housekeeper, Beverly left us a note with her phone number so we spoke with her a couple of times and she was extremely helpful, just a joy to deal with. Then I went outside to check things out. The pool area really needed a lot of attention, so I spent the next hour or so cleaning it up, pulling weeds along the fence line and putting chairs aside that were either broken or in bad shape. A simple power washing would have taken care of most of the problems. The house has plenty of parking and we had a great time overall. Beach…3 houses down,across the street.

Perfect for our family.

The house was very clean and perfect for our family of 16. Gram and Pap and our 3 adult children and their families. The kitchen area was great. Plenty of room for all to prepare meals and plenty of seating for meals. We had a few questions, we e-mailed and questions were answered almost immediately. Walk to beach took like 2-3 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Family Perfect

This is our 2nd year to rent Sun Chaser. From a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a beautiful pool, it met our family’s needs perfectly. Great location close to the beach plus ample parking AND a basketball net! Thank You for a great vacation week with family!!!
