A New Beginning... It was okay.. not what we expected!

Upon arrival at the property after we had already checked in we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the cleaning crew to exit the house after we had already been told that the property was ready for us. The pool filtration system was broke so the pool was disgusting. When we all decided on this property from the pictures this place looked amazing but it was really neat up on the inside; for the price we paid to stay we were not very impressed; there were dents and scratches all over the walls, electrical outlets that did not work, ice makers did not work on both refrigerators, door handles were about to fall off, light fixtures broken and to top it off at the time we booked the property description stated that it had a working elevator; we had no access to the elevator at all! The property itself is beautiful but like they say you can’t judge a book by its cover! Honestly could’ve stayed at a far nicer place for much cheaper and been more impressed!! THIS HOUSE NEEDS SOME TLC

A new beginning stay

The location and layout of the house is perfect. We had a few maintenance issues with the house but the response time was very quick with the exception of delivery of a new box spring. One bedroom had a broken box spring which mAde sleeping in there miserable. It took a couple days to get a new one because the delivery service delayed in getting it to us. But the property management did a nice job of staying in contact with us. The mattresses in the house could use some work. They are soft and thin, very uncomfortable for a week of sleeping. Several of us ended up with neck and back pain due to the uncomfortable mattresses. They absolutely need to be upgraded. The furniture in the living rooms could use a good cleaning, especially the couch on the top floor. There also seems to be a bit of a mold smell in the house. Understandably this is the beach and that may happen, however more attention could be given to the bathrooms on the third and fourth levels. There was mold around the air vents from the condensation that built up and a noticeable smell. Despite these things we really enjoy the house. Two refrigerators made food for 12 much for manageable and was a nice perk. The proximity to the beach and the location in the neighborhood is the best thing about this house. It’s what keeps us coming back.

Outstanding property and location

House was better than advertised. We had 14 people and the property could have accommodated 6-8 more easily. Home was clean, updated, and set up perfectly for large groups. Views of the ocean were awesome as well!

Beautiful Home

House was exactly as the pictures. Loved all the modern upgrades to the kitchen. Washer and Dryers. Floors were dirty. Don't walk barefoot. Only upgrade needed was the mattress. They are worn out and everybody's (except the kids) back hurt each morning. So disappointed based on the upgrades on the house. I noticed past reviews. We had no issues with pool, gas grill, or AC. What a view! Right across the street from the beach. That was breath taking each morning watching the sun rise on the porch with a cup of coffee. Thank you.

Big and spacious

We had a large family gathering and this home really accommodated multiple families. The home was clean upon arrival. The grill was pretty gross - but overall great place and view! Easy access to the beach , store and pier.

Awesome Family Vacation

We went with my mother, sister, brother, and all our kids. The house was amazing and fit all of us. It has a great ocean view as there is no house across the road. So easy to just cross the road to get to the beach. We had kids of all ages and everyone had a good time.

Wonderful Week!

Check in was friendly and efficient. The house was in a great location, and there was plenty of room, with a great view of the ocean. There were several issues, however they in no way affected our enjoyment of our week! The floors were pretty dirty. We had to literally wash our feet before getting into bed. We ended up buying a mop and cleaning it, ourselves. The elevator was not working. We were a little disappointed with the outdoor kitchen area. It was not clean, missing the refrigerator, and there was one non-working grill, and another one next to it that was pretty dirty. We did not use it, as it was pretty awful. We went out and bought a small charcoal grill to use. As I said, these issues will not keep me from recommending this home to my family and friends, and we are considering staying there next year. A new beginning

This property was beautiful and the location was amazing. Very spacious. Had issues with areas of the place being dirty. The outside grills were absolutely disgusting. Dirty dishes were found in the cabinets. The floors were dirty leaving our feet’s black. Had issues with the elevator breaking down. Communication with the rental company was okay to solve some issues with the property. Having saying all of that, we had a fantastic trip.
