Reviewer Comments:
First, the bugs on the balcony were horrendous! The bugs at the pool were so bad you couldn’t sit around unless you were in the pool. Rooms were less than desirable. Small bugs throughout. We called and ask for towel replacement on the third day around 10 am, when we got back to the room around 6 we were told we had to come to the office. We accidentally left our key in the room, someone had to come back after 10 (10:12) PM. They gave us a one time entry key. I feel like with an ID they could have gave me a key that worked. I had 3 people in my one bedroom. Someone slept on the fold out, so uncomfortable, first there was no sheets. One small blanket and a pillow was in the “closet” area of the bedroom. The bathroom is so small that 2 people couldn’t possibly fit in at once. I wouldn’t recommend to friends. You couldn’t enjoy the deck or the pool at all. The pool has old seating and most are sitting chairs, maybe 6 lounge chairs and NO room to use your own. Pool was clean.
