Newly remodeled first floor Crescent Beach condo with direct beachfront access. Straight out of HGTV and you won't be disappointed! Master bedroom with king sized bed, pullout couch is a queen in family room. Community pool, coin laundry (wash/dryer), direct beach access using wooden walkway, close to downtown St. Augustine and attractions (about 8 miles to downtown).

Amazing Stay!

The condo was extremely clean and obviously newly renovated. Perfect size for 2 parents and a 2 year old. The location was exactly what we were looking for as well. About 15 mins south of St. Augustine so you could easily go in and out as you pleased. Super close to a beach that was absolutely gorgeous. The complex and pool were also very well maintained. Extremly low key, quiet and peaceful vibe. We would definitely stay here again when coming back to this area.

Very Happy

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay. Karen was a great host, making sure all our needs were met. Most of the people we met were from the 'North' (escaping the cold.) We are from Atlanta, escaping the awful green/yellow powder pollen during this time. Arrived home today - "Mission Accomplished" !! Everything is already in bloom - and all pollen powder has been washed away from the rain - no debilitating allergies. So grateful :-)

Great place right in front and pool and a very short walk to beach

My sister and I went for a short vacation. This is perfect if you want to chill at the pool or at the beach. The drive into St. Agustine wasn't that far either. But, if you want alot of action stay in historic St. Agustine. The condo was very clean. Quiet and comfy.

Exceptional, I'm going back!

New Reno was tastefully done and allowed for maximum usage of space. Walk out to pool and a few more feet your at the beach i(over the dune). Endless St Augustine Beach. Had plenty of housewares, linens, and beach apparatus for my needs. Bed is comfortable. Convenient to everything. AC had issue on arrival was corrected immediately. Love this condo.

Beautiful Beach Location

Lovely place steps to the beach and a short drive to St. Augustine—best of both worlds. We liked Viola’s (best calzone ever!), Beachside Diner and Taco Libre. Loved walking miles on the beach every day. Nice pool, too.

Great long weekend getaway !

Can’t say enough great things about this condo. Super clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and the common areas are so well taken care of. Condo sits right in front of the pool (which is super clean always). We went for Labor Day weekend and despite it being a busy weekend the pool was not crowded at all. Some crowds at the beach but nothing crazy (we are from Miami, FL) . Would definitely return!

Can’t beat this spot

Great location, communication with the owner was easy. The property is well kept from the individual room all the way to the pool deck on property. Can’t say enough good things about the stay and have already slotted time for a return stay next year.

Great Spot

The owner was always available when I needed to reach her. Well kept condo. Well stocked kitchen, updated appliances. Very clean and welcoming. Nice location. Very private. Highly recommended.
