Great location and comfortable house

The house is great with a beautiful view. The resort has good service, a big pool and a little semi-private beach with calm water. The house is comfortable for 6 people, with good beds and the kitchen is fully equipped. Functional dishwasher. The communication with the host was difficult, but the hotel's reception was very helpful with our needs.

Great resort

Had a great time at this resort. Quick access to the very private beach and restaurant/pool. Clean house with private pool and fantastic views.

Spectacular views!!

It was a wonderful short stay! Views are to die for. Only down side was the fridge is on the smaller side and kitchen lights were very dim. However, it was an amazing stay.

Beautiful house

The house has everything you need for your trip. The view is amazing! You can easily visit multiple beaches from here, supermarkets are close and they have security 24/7. I would definitely come back!

Such a shame…

The deplorable state of the master bedroom mattress is unacceptable. We are a couple in our early thirties that would wake up daily with back pain. We saw multiple posts with the same complain and expected that this would have been addressed. It has NOT been addressed. The pillows are made up quite literally of small cut up pieces of foam. Furthermore, the kitchen was poorly stocked of silverware and drinking glasses. The coffee maker did not work and the cooking pans were in terrible shape (this was addressed and were promptly replaced by management). The inside wicker furniture smells like dirty armpit. We had to cover the couches with sheets just to sit on them. The outside sink (pila) is absolutely disgusting. Completely filthy with stuff growing on the side, unusable. The view from the house is in fact magnificent and the beach absolutely gorgeous and just a short drive down the road. Sadly, I will not be returning. Poorly maintained. Not worth $1000/week.

Great value & SUPER location!

The villa is super spacious. 3 decent size bedrooms upstairs- 2 with spectacular views of the ocean. You can literally hear waves crashing at night if you leave your door open! Master bed has a nice little balcony. The main level deck is super spacious and has a gas grill. Lots of seating for family and a couple guests. The pool is small but such a nice feature to have especially if you have kids. Granted- the decorating/furniture in the villa is quite dated… but as I said before- excellent choice if you are looking for something less pricey but in a nice location. The restaurant and staff were wonderful. The main pools were also nice. The beach has rocky areas but there is also a large middle area (between the rocky sides of the beach) that is free of rocks and great for swimming. Really my only suggestion would be to provide a few more necessities in the kitchen. There were no mixing bowls or storage options at all. Also the glassware was mostly tons of tiny glasses and only a few random larger ones that didn’t match. Still- I give this property 5-stars!

Wonderful Week at Bahia Pez Villa #26

We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa. We had a great deal of space to move around as a group of 5 and it was nicely appointed. We enjoyed the plunge pool and the view of the ocean. It is important to note that this villa is right at security gate which is great because it is close to the entrance and there is a sense of safety; however, it might not be if you don't enjoy traffic noise while on the deck (although during our trip it was minimal). The folks in the office were very helpful. The location was solid. There was restaurants close and stores close by. What I have to highlight is the amazing MARACUYA Beach Club Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious which is why we enjoyed dinner multiple nights along with lunch. However, what is really important was the staff. They were thoughtful and engaging. A big thank you to Cesar, Maikel, Carlos, Rodrigo, Vincenzo, Renaldo, and Julia.
