The condo was horribly dirty. The shower curtain, window curtains, living room rug, and bedspreads were all stained. One bed had sand in it when we arrived. Everything was dusty. The walls were dirty, everywhere. The sliding glass door would fall off the tracks, I couldn’t open it myself my husband has to because it was so hard. The garbage disposal didn’t work and therefore the sink wouldn’t drain. Our dishwasher also wouldn’t drain. We ended up finding the washing arm to the dishwasher under the sink… needless to say it was extremely difficult to wash dishes without a dishwasher and a sink that wouldn’t drain. We stayed for 8 days and I reached out to Vacas on day 3 about our issues and every day following and nothing was ever done. All the the vents in the ceiling would rain water on the floor that we had to clean up multiple times a day. All the vents were also covered in black mold. My 7 month old daughter got a terrible cough, runny nose, and rash from it. It got so bad we actually ended up in the ER one of the nights from it. She continued to have a bad cough 3 weeks after we got home Just from the mold exposure. I will say that the location was great and the pool area was nice. We will never stay with Vacasa again as there condo wasn’t even close to properly cleaned and they were extremely unhelpful when things in the condo didn’t work. Save your money, protect your health, and don’t stay here or book with vacasa again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I ignored the few negative reviews in hopes the positive ones were accurate. We had no AC for the first day and the condo is managed by Vacasa, who is very hard to reach. The condo had mold in the vents and the walls/floors/mirrors were disgusting. The actual owners were unaware of the poor condition- and fixed the A/C for us. I would ensure VACASA is not managing the condo if you go. The balcony doors did not work and the furniture was not comfortable due to the metal with

DO NOT STAY HERE

I overlooked the few negative reviews for the mostly positive ones, but we made a huge mistake. When we arrived, it was 80 degrees inside and the AC did not work. It smelled terrible due to no air. There was mold in the vents and the walls/baseboards were nasty with buildup and grime. The sliding door in the living room did not work. Vacasa was not helpful and we waited a whole day for someone to come fix the air conditioner and they never came. The actual owner was contacted and fixed the air conditioner for us and apologized as they had no idea vacasa did such a poor job at cleaning/maintenance. The owners are very kind and the condo’s condition is no fault of their own, but Vacasa’s.

Electrical problems.

The condo was spooky with a wire to the light over the sink exposed and taped up but still didnt work.. Garbage disposal shot sparks inside the switch soon as turned on. Location great but if you intend to use the boat launch nobody is there on Sunday if you have problems.or to even collect the parking fee. Owners are individually responsible for their rental. Fall Break

We had a great stay. The condo was older but well kept not a lot of baking pans and pots . Perfect walk to the beach and everyone we meet was friendly.

Really disappointing

I really wanted to love this property. I had high hopes based on the reviews, however, this property is far from what I was expecting. The condo is in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. The bottom of the drapes are completely black from the floor dirt, the cabinets are covered with grease film, all of the vents are filled with dust, the walls and doors have dirt/food caked on them, the furniture and rugs need cleaned, etc, etc. Along with being dingy and dirty, there are so many things broken. The toilet ran continuously, the kitchen light flickered the whole time, patio door seems off track, etc, etc. The whole place is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint and smelled musty. Additionally , wished the condo had an additional lock for when we were inside the condo at night. The code seemed very generic and seemed anyone staying in property could have guessed the code and gotten inside. Truly only good thing about this condo was location. Extremely disappointed in the amount paid here compared to the state of the condo. Will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

It sucked

Water in kitchen was shut off before we got there, because of a leak in the dishwasher. It was the third day before it was fixed. Toilet continually ran. TV didn’t work. Killed a roach this morning. Never again

Tranquil Getaway

We loved the location. The home was clean when we arrived. It had all the amenities as described. The beach is in front with a private access and the docks is at the back for those who want to fish. The pool is easily accessible. Everyone was ever so kind.

A bit disappointed!

We’ve stayed at this location before, but not in this particular condo. We were a bit disappointed with the condo. Needs more pans, oven mitt, etc. Every time we used the oven, the fire alarm would buzz. Had to keep the door to the patio open to prevent the condo from getting smoky. The garbage disposal and the light above the sink did not work. Had to use the plunger multiple times to, unclog the drain in the kitchen sink the toilet also had issues. It would run nonstop. At the end of a long day, we wanted to watch TV but couldn’t because there were parental controls on the TV. That was a huge disappointment for our teenage boys. All in all we made it work for our family, but I would not recommend staying there. This is usually one of our favorite places to stay because of the Lagoon in the back of the resort, the fabulous pool and the beach across the street. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again.

Small but relaxing

Girls weekend

Took my daughters and granddaughter here for daughter’s 50th birthday celebration. We enjoyed our stay and the condo was exactly what we needed. Very affordable and quiet. Loved it!

Great facility

I would highly recommend this complex- great location and amenities that are totally worth it. The grill area is also great with a nice dock for the sunset. The condo itself gets you what you need with no frills.

Great unit great location

This property was perfect for our needs. The condo unit was bright, and very clean and was equipped with everything necessary. The unit we were in had a stunning view of the lagoon and pool courtyard. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The bathroom was spotless with a huge shower and tub. The grounds were impeccable. Loved our stay! Can't wait to come back next year!
