The full kitchen features full-size appliances, cooking tools, and cabinets done up in a contemporary coastal style. Vacation

It was quaint and cozy just needs the mattresses update they are quiet old and worn. Sheets need to be added for the pull out couch. But it was right literally next to the beach and that was what we wanted. The decor was cute as well.

Cozy Condo on the Beach

The place was very clean. Nice layout with everything we needed!! Great location!! Nice pool area!! The place was well taken care of. The owners had a nice touch by have some beach decorated Cookies delivered to us!! Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Truly Amazing!

This is our first big trip as a family of 4 with two little ones ages 3 and 1. This was the perfect size for us and the amenities are amazing. We loved having easy access to the beach and being close to all of the yummy restaurants around. In the home itself, we had everything we needed to cook meals for ourselves. The cleanliness was superb. I’m truly impressed and will be coming here again in the future!

Perfect spring break retreat.

An incredible college spring break retreat! This condo's prime location, mere steps from the beach yet tucked away in a peaceful setting, offered the best of both worlds, beach and pool. With restaurants and grocery stores nearby, convenience was at our fingertips. What truly stood out was the exceptional responsiveness of the management team; they promptly addressed any needs that arose, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Overall, this condo surpassed our expectations, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience for an unforgettable spring break getaway.

Review

Close to the beach, but not beach facing. The beach has soft sand and lots of shells. Love the spot to wash sand off your feet! The pool is NOT heated.

Location was the only perk!!!

Description says king bed and it most certainly is not. It’s a queen, Pictures of pool are very misleading, no management on grounds to help with any issues and who is there is basically someone to take your parking money. You can hear every little step the people above you make. I expected much more for the price I paid. I really wanted to love this place.

Very well located to beach and town activities. Only problem was lack of insulation between upstairs condo and downstairs condo. I would never recommend lower condo. You hear every footstep and if there’s little ones it becomes very frustrating.

Great location

The location was great, rooms were good. The lock didn’t work and it took us over an hour to get into the unit late on the night of our arrival working with the management company. No starter coffee or spices, had to borrow tools from the maintenance to fix the door knob so the front door would close and latch. The door knob was installed wrong. We would stay there again understanding the situation.

Great stay! .....needs a few fixes...

The rooms were nice, the kitchen was somewhat well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils (if you need a 9x13 baking dish, bring it yourself), the walk to to beach was super fast and convenient! The pool area was very nice and relaxing as well. The toilet did require 1-3 flushes for a complete flush and we couldn't use two of the stove eyes because they were crooked. Besides that, it was a great stay!

Fun times beach side!

This was a perfect place for my mom, two boys, and I to stay for the weekend! Literally steps away from the beach. Walking distance to some yummy restaurants that are perfectly family friendly. Bob’s Burgers and the Pizza and Ice Cream shop were so friendly and yummy! We also enjoyed having a nice kitchen to make breakfast and get to the beach first thing! The beach has a service to rent umbrella and chairs which was super nice for the day. Best spot for a low-key, convenient, and bang for your buck. Thanks for having us!

Verry loud no beach veiw

Only thing we like as a family was the convenience of walking to the beach.. master bed was broke down and had blood on it.. couch was broke down multiple spots of paint missing people above us was sooo loud management was amazing our door code wouldn't work someone came from vacas came to help we got in in no time... pool was very clean.. plenty of stuff in the condo kitchen wise towels were also provided but will not stay at this condo again..

Great Stay

Very clean and neat, the bathtub would not drain unless you held the lever down. that was not fun with four people showing and standing water. Other than that, was a great place already scheduled the unit across the parking lot for another soccer trip down south. Never saw a guard to get a parking pass from. We put our Unit number and cell phone on the dash as instructed. Thanks

Noise

Overall everything was fine with the exception of two things. The ceilings are very, very thin with zero noise inhibitors. You hear every movement and noise of the condo above you all day long. Secondly the $30 parking costs to the complex on arrival needs to be explained in advance to prevent vehicles from being towed.

Listing needs updating

Upon arrival, we were charged $30 per parking pass rather than the advertised $20 and the advertised king bed is a queen. Something that is out of the control of the rental company/owner, but something that future renters may want to know is that the upstairs condo has a washing machine in it. When used, it is very loud.

Convenience vs. Upgrades

The perfect location for the 2 of us! Just steps across the parking lot and we were at the beach. Short walk to restaurants, etc. Loved the covered parking. Very clean. Kitchen was as described with massive fridge and nice appliances. Very well-stocked tools/dishes, etc. Bathroom was functional, but not as nice as pictures portray. Needs full update to the vanity, tub and toilet. Nice flooring throughout. Bed in master was very uncomfortable, felt broken down in the middle, and thankfully the twin mattresses were excellent so we slept there. Would stay here again if some updates were done. The exterior of some of the units are being updated currently so maybe more are planned?

Great place to stay

Ocean Reef 502 was perfect for being a few steps away from the beach, which was exactly why I picked it for my retreat in solitude. It had a wonderful kitchen with all new appliances, and I didn't have to eat out once during my week-long stay, though I'm glad that I brought my own dish cloths and towels because there wasn't a single dish cloth there. Cute decor and pool-side view with balconies out both front and back that made for getting fresh air and sunshine easy. Lots of construction going on around still from the last hurricane, so the noise was rather annoying to listen to when I came for peace and quiet, but that will not always be the case here. It was also within short walking distance to several eateries, souvenir shops, and a nice walking path along the public beach. It was also nice to have a reserved parking spot right at the bottom of my steps so loading and unloading my car was convenient. I also loved the foot wash station right at the bottom of the steps to get the sand off before going up to the condo. All-in-all, this place had every convenience for a nice getaway.
