With the white sand beach waiting just across the grounds, this two-bedroom condo at Ocean Reef is a place for swimmers, surfers, and beach-goers of all interests.


This condo is equipped with every essential, from central air conditioning to free WiFi. There's a welcoming living room with leather furnishings and a flatscreen TV, a full kitchen with intricately tiled backsplash, and a dining room table for six. Additional amenities include flatscreen TVs and balcony access in both bedrooms.


Ocean Reef is a beachfront complex with an outdoor swimming pool and a sundeck where you can lounge in the shade of swaying palm trees. In this wonderfully central part of Gulf Shores, you'll be an easy walk from popular restaurants, eateries, bars, and ice cream parlors, and just over a mile west of Gulf State Park. Gulf Shores Parkway - the thoroughfare that's home to Waterville USA and dozens of other activities and attractions - is only half a mile east as well.

Nice place. Was shocked there was no hair dryer (every place I've ever stayed has a hair dryer). I hate that it didn't have it's own washer and dryer, but I knew that going in. I wish you could see the beach better from the bedroom balconies, that is a must for me, but my son booked it.

The parking pass was not on the counter. The king size bed isn’t comfortable. The bathroom has black mold … I tried to upload photos below but it said they were too large. I’m happy to share if you’d like to see the MOLD!

It was our babies first family vacation. The property was in a good location. My only complaint is that for the price it’s a little crazy to not even include one roll of toilet paper or blankets for the beds even. I also think adding a parking permit on top of the pricing was a bit excessive but could have been worse than 30. The pool was awesome and I highly recommend visiting during the week before a holiday we had the place to ourselves!

Mother/daughter trip

My teenage daughter and I always take a small trip. She located this condo online and we decided to give it a try. The condo was great! Beds were super comfy, plenty of towels. Condo was clean. The proximity to the beach was very nice. I felt very safe & the water spout on the concrete to wash feet from the sand was great as well. Close walking distance to numerous restaurants. We plan to stay here on our next trip!

Great place

Check in was all online. Easy entry. I was traveling with children and felt very safe at this property. It was clean and as described on internet. I will definitely return. The only negative was not enough towels.

Beach condo

Steps away from beach (no having to cross road), lovely view from balcony, nice size pool, all amenities you need in the kitchen, TVs in bedroom as well as living room & extremely comfortable bed with nice linens. Comfortable seating in living room. Near restaurants & shops. Only negative there is no elevator, must be able to climb stairs.

One minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes to the Hangout. Lots of room. Well equipped kitchen except for salt and pepper and coffee Changing for parking is not cool. I would stay again.

Lovely beach condo

I have stayed at this lovely two bedroom condo many times. There is everything you can want, fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, cozy living room & covered parking. You get a partial view of the beach. Pool area is awesome with palm trees providing some shade. Beach is just steps away. No elevator, but not alot of steps. Always very clean. Nice private balcony off both bedrooms.

Great condo

Great view & it’s the perfect location. The pool is right by the room as well as the beach! It’s stocked with extras you might need & plenty of towels, wash cloths, pillows, blankets etc. overall extremely pleased with our stay there & would definitely book again. We walked down the beach to eat at the hangout (which was awesome, especially for the kids.) & anything else we could possibly need wasn’t more than a couple minute drive or you could even walk.

Great View-lots of dog hair

Pros: the view from the balcony was nice. The balcony was large and everyone could enjoy it. The gentleman that gave us our car tag was very kind. Location was walking distance from some restaurants and shopping. There were small travel size soaps and things that were a nice touch. Cons: 30.00 parking fee. There was also dog hair everywhere. We couldnt use the fold out bed because it was covered. I reached out and they came and cleaned the next day. Unfortunately, they only cleaned the specific locations that I sent photos of (air vent cover, behind couch area, and couch bed) nothing more. The next morning before we left, a huge wad of dog hair blew out from under the chair and across the living room like a tumble weed. It was also in closets and on the sides of the bed. If you are allergic, you might want to book elsewhere.

Great location!

The view from the bedroom balcony was amazing! We sat in the tall, colorful chairs each evening & enjoyed the view & breeze. We could walk to restaurants, shopping, I’ve cream shop, etc. Cozy condo, fully appointed kitchen, nice pool. Loved it!

Comfortable and convenient

Ocean Reef 602 was very clean and comfortable. It was well-stocked and I appreciated the travel-sized amenities such as dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in their colorful, comfortable chairs. There is a view of the water from the balcony. The condo is within walking distance of our favorite restaurant and many other stores and eating places.
