Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located home. Steps from the historic Madison Beach Club and within walking distance to the Madison Beach Hotel, both of Madison's beloved Wharf Beaches (<1/2 mile) and beautiful downtown (<1 mile). Water views from 3rd floor suite and the screened in front porch. A large backyard is the perfect spot for family gatherings. Sleeps 10 comfortably and is recently refreshed with brand-new furniture including all beds and mattresses.

*This is an old home with some original fixtures - the stairs are steep. They might be tricky for someone who is not secure on their feet.

Great spot and super-responsive host

We stayed while in town for a wedding at the Beach Club and it could not have been more convenient for the whole stay, and walkable for the wedding. When the batteries for the fireplace remote faded the host has some shipped to arrive the next morning and I would definitely recommended staying at this home.

The house was wonderful! The rooms were a lot bigger than they looked in the pictures. The stairs are quite steep, but that goes with staying at an older home. We absolutely loved the front screened in porch. Just a great house.

Clean home with a cottage feel, nice grass yard with grill and dinner table, big screen porch in front has a nice breeze. Plenty of chairs and TVs in the home.Nice warm outdoor shower which we used daily.Location is very good for our family of three generations.Beautiful walking and biking area. Towels, sheets and beds good. Beach towels nice.Plenty of cleaning supplies and garbage bags available. Some minor concernsThe home is dated and has steep staircase to second floor, which was an issue for all.We brought two gates for staircase with two toddlers on our trip.Coffee pot stopped working, however we never told the host and just went out for coffee.The bedrooms are air conditioned which worked nicely.The first floor has no AC and we brought our own fan, and kept windows open which seemed to work fine for our group.

Wonderful Holiday Vacation

We had a great time in Madison over Thanksgiving break. The house was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were super comfy, and the location was awesome. We were able to walk to the town green for the turkey trot. :) Julie was super responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure, which really helped us to enjoy our visit. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Perfect long weekend getaway

Beautiful home just steps from the ocean. Clean and impeccably decorated while still feeling homey and comfortable. Lovely quiet neighborhood. The information binder had any and all info needed. Check in and out was a breeze. Owners were very responsive to questions both prior to and during stay. This rental is a true CT shoreline gem!
