Close to Boardwalk

Just a brisk 90 second walk to the beach/boardwalk. Spent the week with an elderly parent who has trouble getting around. Restaurant is across the street. Has own garage which would be great during peak season. There is quite a few steps but Mom did real well. James was always available.

Fall visit

The property is adequate for a few days. There are a few updates that need completed such as painting and electrical. The place is quaint but needs some simple fixes. Kitchen is new. We had a nice trip to OC this time of the year.

Great location, very comfortable accommodations, owner was very helpful and responsive, we look forward to visiting again.

All is good

Nice place, great location! The garage is not really Suitable for two vehicles, it would be too tight! Our SUV just fit in. Overall , it was very nice.

Ocean City Stay

Owner was terrific and was very helpful. Great location steps away from Boardwalk and beach! Would stay at location again.

Great stay

The property is the perfect size for a small group of friends and the location is probably the best you can get in ocean city - just steps from the boardwalk. The kitchen is brand new and really nice as well. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had (within minutes). It was great to rent from him.

Great location!

This condo is only a few minutes walking distance to the boardwalk and beach! It’s conveniently located near several restaurants and close to Acme supermarket. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The beach decor throughout adds a nice touch. The furnishings were comfortable with the exception of the queen bed. The mattress was squeaky and lacked support. The two twin beds were fine. The bathrooms are dated but functional. The shower has great water pressure. The garage is difficult to pull in and out of because there’s a curb across from it that limits the turning radius. It was a tight squeeze inside for two compact sized cars. The condo was clean on the surface but some of the ceiling fans, air vents and baseboards were thick with dust, nothing a more thorough cleaning can’t fix. The owner Jim seems great! He responded to questions in a timely and friendly manner. Beach passes were provided and there’s a hose in the garage for rinsing off sand. I would definitely stay here again for the price and location, but would bring my own mattress topper next time.
