Great location

Roomy place for any family wanting to stay close to the main strip of ocean city without the chaos or crowds. My only suggestion would be to clean the air conditioning units. They were filthy and moldy. Everything else was clean.

Perfectly Suited Our Purposes

This condo provided everything we needed for our weeklong stay in Ocean City. It was clean and the accommodations were perfectly suitable for our needs. The couches are futons that fold out into sizable beds. The single bathroom might be a bit tight for a larger group, but we were only 2 with a few guests on some days, so it was fine for us. There's lots of storage space for the things you need to bring/have at the shore. The WiFi worked very smoothly too - no issues. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. It's a definite plus to have your own designated parking space. I would stay here again.

Great Week in OC

We enjoyed our week tremendously. The house was just as it was described and looked just like the pics. Sal was very helpful and responded to our few questions quickly. My husband loved that it was such a SHORT walk to the beach.

Great location, nice unit, friendly owner!

I stayed at 1600 Asbury for a week in August 2018 with my family. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is in great condition, and Sal equipped it thoughtfully with everything you need to be comfortable away from home. The BBQ grille is a very nice amenity, and when it did not start up the first time, Sal was there within 20 minutes to change the propane tank and show me how to get it working. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The apartment is sunny and bright, and the beach is just a couple blocks away. I would stay here again!

Great value and location.

We found the apartment to be clean, uncluttered and comfortable. It has an excellent floor plan with bright, spacious rooms and lots of windows. The eat-in kitchen is laid out well and is stocked with pantry items. There are nice new floors in the living room, hallway and bedrooms (no carpeting). All the furniture is new and functional. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, hallway, living room and bedrooms. Located in a residential neighborhood, close to the boardwalk and not far from the city center. We walked to the beach every day. Sal was responsive and accommodating - a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental, and I hope to return in the future.

exceeded our expectations!

our stay at 1600 Asbury was great...initially I chose this place because we could not stay the entire week & unit D was being rented on a daily basis...everything seemed brand spankin' new! The kitchen had everything anyone could ever need, the bedrooms were comfy & clean, and the TVs were state of the art with a great sound bar in the living room...each unit has their own grill too...Sal was a gracious host & made sure we got our free beach tags...the location was fine with a short walk to the boardwalk & beach...I highly recommend The Colonial Arms; we'll be back!
