Mini-split air conditioning in all rooms and bedrooms, Great location on beach side of Central Ave with short alleyway walk to entrance.
34th street playground is walkable
2.5 miles or 30 minute walk to the Boardwalk music pier and WonderLand amusement pier
Boardwalk starts on 23rd this condo is at 31st
Ground floor, no steps
1 off street parking space see photos for which space is ground units parking space.
New floors, new bathrooms, fresh paint
Outside patio with table and chairs
very few cars in alleyway along the house and safe for kids to play
Rinsing off hose just outside the entry door at bottom of the second floor steps (please do not use the shower under the second floor steps)
if bringing bicycles we recommend a lock as there is no indoor space to store bikes

bed linens (bottom, top and pillow cases) not provide, pillows and comforter are provided

We always look for full kitchens, and this one is well equipped! Even has a washer and dryer.Great and close beach access - perfect for sunrise photography and evening birdwatching.Two full bathrooms are a real plus. Ground level entry allowed for easy access for our elderly mom/grandmother. Thank you, Patrick, for a wonderful home away from home!

The apartment looked 15 years older nd worn than the photos. There was broken plumbing, smoke detector hanging by wires from the ceiling, a tv, window air conditioner and two lamps(1broken) all plugged into one outlet that was between the mattress and the headboard. The shades were broken and there were no drapes, so there was no privacy. The place was filthy. Slept in sheets were still on one bed, although you provide your own. There were dirty floor mats on a bench by the door. There was garbage in the kitchen can and slop on it and the floor. There were wet towels in the kitchen, sand on the counters and the floors were sticky. We could not even stay one night. The insurance wasn’t helpful since the owner and vrbo had us cancel the reservation. Insurance did not pay for a hotel after this disaster.

This place was an amazing last-minute find and at a great price! The owner was super easy to reach and the check-in process went smoothly. Nice, airy living room with a great breeze and the kitchen was huge with all the amenities we needed to cook all our meals. Also, my partner pointed out that the many spices provided were all up-to-date and not expired, which is super rare for rentals, haha! I loved how close the rental was to the beach and the beautiful dune path was just lovely, too. I am so thrilled that I found this place and hope to stay for many future visits!

This place was very comfortable, and the kitchen supplies were well stocked. It's in convenient location, with great parking and quiet neighbors. However, we found that the apartment had not been well cleaned when we arrived: sandy floors, dusty areas, and smeary mirrors and screens. When we had difficulty with starting the washer the host quickly responded, and problem resolved. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a nice time here, the main draw to this property is the location! We were so close to the beach it was easy to run back up to the house for a break or to grab some food. Patrick is a great host- the Vrbo platform is not great and all the info for my booking went blank but he quickly responded to me with all the need to know info. Would stay again

Great, Quiet Location in OCNJ

We enjoyed our first visit to OCNJ. The location of this property was perfect. Three of my siblings stayed in other rentals close to this one. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. If we returned to OCNJ, we would stay here again.

Perfect location

This was the perfect spot for me & my daughters to kick off summer and enjoy the beach. The host was fantastic with communication & genuinely wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Family Road Trip 2024

This was our 1st using VRBO or even booking someone home. It was a blessing to find Patrick's place, ground floor condo which was perfect for our 3 young folks, that's what I called them who are in their 80's. It was very accessible for 3 of them , no walking up. They were able to walk in with their walker/wheelchair. The place was perfect for 7 people. Fully equipped with everything but we brought our kitchen stuff/bathroom products because we didnt know the place has everything. There are 2 bathroom, especially the other shower was just perfect for the young folk's (no climbing up the tub, just an inch step). I can only say both tubs need updating, but overall the place is adorable 😊 and the beach is behind the house, just 1 block. This is a very comfortable place. I would recommend this place to friends/family and probably stay again here.

Graduation Trip with my daughter and friends

Nice and cute place. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The close proximity to the beach was awesome. Loved that we could walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen provided enough pots, pans, cookware, dishes, glasses, and small appliances needed. It even had a ninja.You need to bring your own linens, beach, bath and kitchen towels which was stated in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Price was good for stay in June. The 2 bathrooms were nice. Water pressure in shower was good. Overall it was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only downfall was there were no beach chairs provided. I had to buy beach chairs.

Nice Spot

Great location just a couple houses from the beach. The unit was sufficient and as advertised. A little outdated, but would recommend and would stay again. The owner was quick to respond anytime I reached out with any questions leading up to the trip. Also very responsive when I reached out once or twice during my stay.
