This spacious 4 bedroom villa features a private gated entrance which leads to the villa entrance.
Ground Floor:
Entrance hall with guest cloakroom.
Very spacious lounge/dining room with two seating areas, one with flat screen TV, dining table to seat 8, comfortable lounge area with patio doors leading out to partly covered terrace with furniture. Great size south facing swimming pool with poolside shower and built-in BBQ.
Two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors to terrace.
Fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with central island, American style fridge, dishwasher, microwave and access to outside area.
Separate laundry room with washing machine.
First floor:
Twin bedroom made up as a double with terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Master twin bedroom made up as a double with flat screen TV, terrace and en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower.
