Agence Cocoonr offers you Le Ruby , a 26-square-meter apartment , located in the Perrache district (Lyon 2) , 50 m from the escalator to the train station for access, in a beautiful old and perfectly maintained building. Located on the 4ᵉ floor with elevator, it benefits from a beautiful brightness. You'll feel right at home here. This apartment can accommodate two adults and one child.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A first door that opens onto a common airlock in which is the washing machine, the vacuum cleaner that will be shared with the Mezzo studio that the Cocoonr agency also manages.
- Then an entrance door leads directly into the kitchen and living room. This living room looks out onto Cours Charlemagne, a street bustling with different types of shops. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob...
- The living room has a single sofa bed, TV and wifi.
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- The bedroom comprises a queen-size bed (160x200), a small closet area and blackout curtains.

Perrache is a historic district in the south of Lyon's peninsula, today the southern sector of the city's 2ᵉ arrondissement.
The Perrache interchange (built in the 1960s), the Perrache train station (19th century), and its strategic geographical position in the city of Lyon, at the junction of the A6 and A7 freeways, make the Perrache district one of the main interchange centers in the Lyon metropolitan area.

The district is surrounded by the Saône and Rhône rivers. It sometimes encompasses the neighborhoods “behind Perrache”, namely Sainte-Blandine and the Verdun-Suchet sector, which are cut off from the rest of the Presqu'île by the station and interchange of the same name.
Just a stone's throw from Lyon's newest district, la confluence, (shopping center, with cinema, vaporetto running along the Saône, multiple restaurants, bars...)
