The condo was small but clean. Good location to everything we wanted and nice to walk around the area. Very minimal furnishings, dishes, etc. I only gave it four stars for our expectations because it was advertised as being newly remodeled, and that wasn’t completely true. Floor and furniture were nice but the balcony door (lock is broken) balcony floor, and shower could use some TLC.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed staying at the sports village. Great location. The condo was clean and had supplies we needed. We were gone during the day so only used the space for sleeping and breakfast. Bed was comfortable. I did feel like the 1500 deposit was a little steep for a small condo but fine. Only complaint was it took 2 weeks after our stay to get the deposit back. Felt a little excessive.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The one problem we ran into happened as we were checking out. Instructions were to take out the trash. My husband and I went outside to find a trash bin, but could not find one. We ended up leaving our trash bag in the condo. I would recommend instructions on where to take the trash when done with your stay.

Great condo at Sports Village

Nice 1 br condo. Had everything well stocked and clean for a stay. Quick response from property manager when a question arose. Nice that condo is same level as the parking lot. I would recommend.

The air materas died. The main one hade a hole. The chair out side ripped apart . Nothing was do

It needs more care I lost a air bag for sleep. Main bed had a hole i in the middle . Chair tor apart. Noting was done their condisinener blew its main fan . Worked yet not right . Older unit nice place yet bed hade hole and other fold. Out couch died air push. .no fix at at all . Every thing about that place was older and need of some form of repair or another I nicked my toe on the deck. Raised nails old stuff . The man tried yet no air matteras chair torn and air con bad. They’ll find out . I’ll give it may be two .three at best. .

St George stay

Location was perfect. Surrounding area was beautiful everyone keeps their place looking perfect and neighborhood was quiet. Pool area was very clean and only a short walk to the condo. Our condo could have been a little cleaner, inside door mat needs to be replaced or cleaned, shower curtain should be washed it has seen better days. Over all l would give it a 4 out 5 rating.

Disappointed

Disappointed. No local coverage on tv and if there was, no instructions how to get it. A long way from newly remodeled. The kitchen floor was filthy. I spilled some water on the floor and when i wiped it up the paper towel was black. The sliding door in the bedroom does not lock. Very minimal supplies. No fly swatter, no ice cream scoop. No washer/dryer, i probably missed that when i booked.

Affordable and Good location!

Perfect stay if you are wanting an affordable option for visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. About 1 hour from Zion and 2 from Bryce. 2 Hours from vegas airport, very nice middle ground location!

Small space. Nice area.

This has one queen bed and a hide-a-bed. If your party doesn't mind sleeping on a pull out bed this should work for you. The kitchen has the bare basics. The plates and bowls are above the fridge. I am 5' 5" tall and could just reach them. This would not be a place to cook big meals--very few pans and no mixing bowls. But if you are just going to base out of there for sleep and showers and access to the clubhouse and pool you will be fine.

Place was nice. a bit small but made it work. no washer or dryer which i wish it had.

The apartment is part of the "Sports Village" complex, very quitly situated approx. five minutes by car to the center of St. George and (other direction) to a big grocery store. The Sports Village offers two pools, tennis courts and a gym, everything is close to J.P.'s apartment. The apartment is very clean and spacy and has everything you need. Very good Wlan and entertainment options (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.). J.P. answer almost immediatley and is very helpful. We had no problems, everything was fine and perfect!! We were in St. George for competing in the Ironman WC and we will come back in October for the Ironman 70.3 WC. It was the perfect place for us!!

Nice place, comfortable and as advertised. We were disappointed with level of cleanliness. Generally clean but dirt on all the vents, moldings, baseboards and oven drawer. Fridge/tub/bathroom very clean except above. Someone needs to walk through after it is cleaned to see what is left undone. We would stay again if this was addressed. The other issue we had was dishes. Only one plate to eat off. It needs some additional dishes.

Structure problems

The one thing that didn’t look good was the concrete walkway needs to be replaced before it fails. Bad rusted steel large cracks in concrete walkway that is 10ft above the lower entrances.
