**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent Resort Fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities. This fee is based off of the base rental rate.**

Enjoy this beautiful new rental home located on the South end of Fripp Island. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have King beds and the fourth makes for a great kid's room with 2 twin bunkbeds and 1 full bed.

In addition to the beach, guests can also take advantage of the multitude of activities and amenities Fripp Island has to offer, including golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, and more when purchasing the amenity cards for your stay. The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.
